You are the best reviewer cause your hearing ability is really good and you use good sources like Chord Dave to review products.I know that you have eye sight problem but in my opinion you should be thankful to god that you can at least see partially instead of being completely f****** blind…In life we should be thankful for what we have instead of what we don’t have cause life is the biggest gift that god has given you.This is just my opinion,I don’t fully know what you’re going through or how bad you’re situation really is,just giving you little advice in case that helps,don’t even know if you need it though…

Regarding the Stealth paired with the Dave, it's really good to know they pair so well. The Stealth surprised me on the Hugo 2 with how good it is. Even Dan Clark himself uses Chord gear with his headphones. I definitely aspire to try this with the Stealth. Awesome review!

what are the speakers?

My Spatial Audio X5 open baffle speakers have AMT horn tweeters that sound amazing and can play down to 650hz, which is crazy low for a tweeter, but I’ve never heard of any AMT that can play down to 20hz. That’s bonkers!

Did you try the HE1000se? Could be an interesting comparison for 2K price tag between HEKSE, Tungsten and HEDD2

Thanks for the review. It’s a very interesting design which is always welcomed. Probably not for me because I have big head and I don’t like a lot of Weight in my cans. Hopefully they’ll keep refining their product and future versions will be a better fit. Stay cool and rock on!

I didn't get to listen to this at SoCal Can Jam. I am glad that you made this review. I was super curious. The Original version (not this version) was so uncomfortable to me that it was a nope in 10 sec so I didn't even really get to give it a shot. Neat studio Heddphone.

It seems to me unless you are willing to plop down 15k for a Lina or something you should just be happy with the dac you got. I had topping denafrips smsl rose they all sounded good. To move to something like this you had to have had the greatest day ever at the office. Gear in price range of great cars is a place I could not go unless my wealth was truly unlimited even then if purchase it would be for a gift for someone as that would bring me more joy than the gear.

Hello, I just purchased this DAC and I agree with you as far as the peaky treble , I got it for the tubes, I found out that you have to let the unit WARM UP for about 45mins with music playing thru it then and only then, does that ringing sound go away , then it is great sounding!

I love how using a tube source can add some magic to a solid state amp. It's great when you have planars which typically work best with solid-state amps, but want some tube glow.

Great first impression review Koji! I have the Poseidon and I can't find the words to describe how good it sounds, it is breathtaking, I paired it with OG Valkyria and MK 465. I don't think I'm ever upgrading but if I do Horizon is the way.
