@@AhmadDanHamidu as far as the c350. Replacing the spark plugs are a little more challenging. This car comes with a 3.5 motor. That means the coils packs are tight against the side firewall. Coil packs are slightly different more on the squarish side. The c300 has the more rounded coil packs. Also I think for the c350 you need the special socket with 12 splines to remove the spark plug. You’ll definitely need some wobble sockets to work on the drive side. Overall if you take your time the job is not that bad!

Ehhh it's not that bad. If you have big arms, then good luck trying to squeeze your hand/ arm to reach the sensor under the oil pan location. I think the hardest part is getting the plug off the sensor and removing the retainer bolt.

@@cdarwecvaerfa no you do not need to remove all these parts to replace the headlight bulbs. I only did this to show how to replaced the entire headlight assembly!

@@DatzDP the music did play. The only thing is that there was a Christmas tree on the dashboard. Also things were acting weird like the wipers turned on and off. The radio would turn off and turn back on.

@@DatzDP check the fuse behind the radio first. Also if you look up online you can get a diagram on all three sam boxes ( Fuse box) .

If you can’t communicate with UCI module then there is a power supply circuit 30 circuit 15 issue

@@Fwerks.1592 you’ll have no connectivity through multimedia aux- video input usb storage all car play integration is not possible without multimedia working

@@TheMercShop that is another common issue on these c300 face. Corrosion the headlight is a different issue. There was a ring break in the multimedia module.

Man, once I got into it. I had to remove the reservoir. No room. Totally. Can't understand how you were able to get them out or in. Much less the spark plugs. Great tutorial nonetheless.

Use valvoline restore and protect oil as well

@@richardmccormack84 oh there’s definitely a difference. Anything over 2013-2014 c300 it has the 3.5 motor. Everything 2012 below have the 3.0 motor which has the dual intakes. Replacing the plugs in the 3.5 can be more challenging for sure! Now that you mentioned it, out of all the c300 I came across. I’m yet to cross a 2013🤔🤔🤔🤔?

@@NikolayKostov-q3h I wish I can give you some advice. Unfortunately I cannot without having the vehicle properly scanned. You might have a “ ring break”, faulty amp, a fault in the most communications module or t it can be a loose wire / connection behind the radio.

@Fwerks.1592 oh no, I have a different problem that's probably fixed. I was only investigating possible solutions. I have a vw that won't pass the readiness for sai, but it had a misfire. I believe that because of the misfire it wouldn't pass the sai readiness monitor. But it doesn't throw any codes now. Maybe I should have said exhausting, not embarrassed lol. I'm just curious though. How you came to the conclusion it may have been the valve gasket. Are they that sensitive, props on fixing it though.

@ well the reason why I had to pull the entire cover was because I wanted to clean all the gunk out / carbon build up. I took off the small breather cover but I couldn’t clean the other cover so I removed it. Since I’m there why not knock it out. Since this E320 has high miles I knew carbon build up inside that breather case would be a problem. If you don’t have anymore stored codes, id give the VW another shot for testing.

@Fwerks.1592 its been a nightmare forever sure. The lifters where stuck up in cylinder 1 which was causing exhaust to turn the area for cylinder 1 black in cam shaft, that's the only thing I can think of. But yeah, now I have to wait and see. Good video😀

Pcv got an extended 10 year warranty on it. Dealership should be replacing it free of charge now.

@BattSquatch dealership told me oil strainer was covered and they could do the oil seperator for $700. It hadn't failed at that point so I didn't get it done. When it finally went, they said it would be 2800$ and didn't mention a warranty on that part. They did extend the warranty on the turbos to 120k.. I ended up buying the part for $450 and doing the job myself.

You are totally right. I no longer use anti-seize for any of the spark plug chances.

@@alantrent516 thank you! Yes! Check all the drains by the hood area. Make there are no leaves blocking the drains. Also check the moon roof side rails and check to see it’s clear. There shouldn’t be any water by the blower motor.

I can’t swap it out and put one of the new bolts in because I can’t get that one out of the housing

@@rrusin1 yes it’s the ball joint nut that’s on the way. You can remove the nut to give you room to remove the bolt. Or just go ahead and reuse the triple square no harm. I mean there are three fresh bolts that are going to be installed.
