@@edi6661 Yes. When you go to Camera App/More/Hyperlapse, on the top of the screen we gotta switch from "Auto" to "300x". This allows your camera take long exposure shots ever single frame of the timelapse. You have to use some kind of a tripod or fully stabilize your phone by putting it somewhere that won't move at all in the process

It's a mode called "Hyperlapse" in the camera app.

@@SudeeshSubramanian Yes on the fix tripod it's normal. I tried putting the phone on a star tracker and results are pretty impressive without a star trail. @@butch4481 Most likely the light pollution. You have to be outside of the city light pollution and choose a day without a Moon to be able to see stars with this feature. You can use the website: www.lightpollutionmap.info to check closest dark areas (most camping areas are good to stargaze)

@@dand.1941 I rendered h264 master 4k. For the color grading I increased the shadow level and saturation around 30%. That's all.

Fyi, Deep Sky Stacker or Sequator sometimes fails for no reason (so annoying) even with the captures I get with my professional equipment.

None, I didn't use any color space transform, and no luts, no nodes. It is shot in RAW Dng, converted to h265 Master. Just played with saturation, levels adjustment, level stretch for color bitrate testing, that's all

@@cmoneytheman That's great that you tested this, thank you. Have you tried color grading then and compare? I am choosing raw recording bc I heard it allows you more of a stretch when color grading especially increasing the shadow levels. If there is no difference I ll start recording slog too bc raw recording work flow takes forever :D

@kitchenraw I haven't done any grading testing yet, but I'll get to it. I only started testing because I was wondering if it was really worth it to have the OG quality raw offers. I wanted to have high quality without the big size downgrade other than dropping resolution. I couldn't find a fix because raw doesn't allow the person to change the bitrate, so I thought, Why not try DirectLog? and that offers as low of a bitrate as 230 MB using 4K and maxes in the low 1000 MB.

@@strangerdaysss Hey there! There is no ignorant questions for me, all questions are necessary in the learning process. To get your raw images into a timeline (preferably 24 frame per seconds) is called "importing sequences into the timeline" I don't use Finalcut Pro but I found a quickly tutorial for you, it should be straight forward just like it shows in this video: ruclips.net/video/W5kT7RmbkoI/видео.htmlsi=wSLue9T3UGzPRsFB Let me know if that works, there are other ways to do it too

@@AlanJOrtiz Yes you can. Honestly the pictures coming out from the Astro Mode is already good enough. Color grading I made in this videos is to test how much I can get from the captured image. You can use any color editing apps :)

@@dand.1941 There is no saved data for the color grading specifically for this video. I basically increased the Saruration 60% 70% percent, increased the shadows around 50% percent. On top of that I used the Dehancer Film Emulation plug-in that you can see the details in the video. Dehancer plug-in has it's own color science for each emulation used in this video.

@@jasonlee4267 Oh I never think of doing that, but it can be fun to try bc it delivers raw image after 10 mins stacking. Stacking apps can be really picky even working with pro cameras, it fails most of the time. But it's worth to try, why not :)

@@antodjmess Thank you. I didn't use SAM Star Tracker. This is a mode designed to work on a fixed tripod without tracking so anyone can use it. It basically takes 3 to 5 seconds long exposures in the span of 10 minutes and stacks them automatically. It is pretty impressive especially with the 3x, 5x and 10x cameras.

​@@uctopgulumvardi Sorry for the confusion, it is hard to make videos in the middle of the nature with no light around. I go to dedicated dark site for Astronomers and they have strict light rules. I don't know which part you are confused but Astro mode is actually pretty straight forward. Go to a non-light polluted area outside of the city. You can check your light pollution level from this website: www.lightpollutionmap.info Make sure to choose a day with no Moon and no clouds. Download free planetarium app such as Stellarium App to locate the target in the sky. Put the phone on the tripod, go to camera app/Expert Raw. Turn on the Astro mode by clicking the star icon on the corner of the screen. Choose the exposure time "long, short or medium" pres the shutter button and don't touch the phone until it finishes capturing long exposure shots of the object. You can ask me here in the comment section also if you still having problems with it.

@@jfm4968 It does that automatically when you get close to an object for a macro shot. It also shows a yellow icon on the corner of the screen when it switches to the macro mode. Make sure you have good bright light to use this mode.

@@CristerRingkvist Expert Raw's Astro Mode doesn't allow you to control the exposure time. It has "short, medium and long" exposure options. It does everything automatically by taking short exposures in a time period and stacks them to avoid star trails. On the other hand the "Pro Photo Mode" in your camera app allows you to exposure max 30 seconds, but on a fixed tripod you will have star trails bc of the earth's rotation. I hope this make sense

@@CristerRingkvist It was showing the time when I made this video. After the last Android update they switched it to long, medium, short, I think they wanted to make it more simple.

@@seckinsahin Genelde Davinci Resolve veya Premiere de, imajlari sequence olarak atiyorum. Attiktan sonra tum frameleri timeline a diziyor, boylelikle video gibi tum bir klip olarak goruyor. Davinci ve Premiere nin denoise ayarlarini kullaniyorum tek bir video gibi hepsine uyguluyor frame frame yapmak yerine.

Yani tabi farkli cameralarin noise degerleri degisik, mesela benim genis aci kameram cok noise uretirken ana kamera neredeyse hic noise uretmiyor.

Daha efficient bi video uretim istiyorsan slog modunu da deneyebilirsin, direk 10bit video cekiyor. Ben sahneye gore karar veriyorum, vaktim varsa raw yoksa slog cekiyorum. Hic vaktim yoksa düz 4k video cekiyorum :)

@@kitchenraw geniş açı kameralar maalesef hep böyle. Çünkü genelde ana kamerada ki sensör daha iyi oluyor. Vaktin olursa benim kanaldaki klibe de bir bakarsın. Geneli ana kamera ama geniş açı, tele ve periskop da kullandım. Tabi hepsini tek tek lightroomdan enhance yaptığım için noise çok düşük. Ama motioncam tools da ayar yapmayı beceremedim. Anlamadığım şey şu. Noise ayarı yaparken izleme ekranında noise düşüşünü göremiyorum. Ben mi yanlış yapıyorum acaba?
