I just had my first customer lie about not receiving their order in order to receive a free meal. Door Dash is way too customer focused to care about whether the Dasher is telling the truth or lying. They automatically take the customer’s side every time and Dashers get penalized for it.

The app notifies me every single day at exactly 2PM saying my zone is busy. They are 100% lying and that is horrible of them to trick people to go out at 2PM thinking they are going to get orders then end up sitting in a freezing cold parking lot until 5PM until you finally see anything. TrashDash

Recently Uber Eats has been doing area promotions. Where if you accept orders within a certain geographic area, there is a completion bonus.

I accidentally accepted a Walmart order. I figured it was a quick pharmacy pick up. Nope. It was literally 3 different orders; it was pouring down rain; the poor associate was having trouble scanning the items due to the rain. I maintained my patience and good manners the whole time. 👍

DoorDash and uber eats drivers should go on strike, both are billion dollar corporations and pay drivers bare minimum, making.50 cents to 1.50 a mile is criminal it’s 2025 all orders should be minimum 3.00 bucks a mile

I've learned over a year to clear cache...force stop...turn on airplane mode for a few seconds. Rinse and repeat. Another thing...If you're in a Mall's Parking lot...Move just a few feet to a different spot in that same parking lot. Now, watch as the orders, suddenly, start to appear. 🤪 Lastly...Check for updates regularly. You could be sitting there for hrs and not realizing that a new update is why you're not getting any orders. 😖
