1987-91 Ford F-150 Power Steering Gear and Pump Install
Step-by-step walkthrough of the installation of the power steering gear and pump on my F150 with a 302/5.0L. Power steering lines, correct bolt/stud locations, and tie rod installation are shown in detail. Any questions/comments/concerns ask them below!

I can finally brake now! This was a 2-weekend project since it required so much painting and cleaning, I was able to reuse the original calipers, bracket, and *almost* all of the metal lines. Brand new rotors, pads, rubber brake lines, and seals for the calipers. Fantastic finish on the calipers along with the new components has transformed this BMW for the better! Well, I think I really did it this time, I broke the pully holder on the p.s. pump.... Just because it can't be one issue, the car runs in limp mode now *insert surprised Pikachu* Anyways, The pump still does not run perfectly so I going to get a reman'ed pump.
