Clorox bleach will melt away all the dirt without scrubbing.
Your wasting your time, I sprayed easy off oven cleaner, let it set over night, I took boiling water the next day and poured it on. and then used a little green scrubbing pad and scrubbed for maybe 3 minutes. Rinse and done. For my shower glass I hang a clear shower curtain on the inside of the shower glass door.
Imagine using that towel to dry off after that. Even if it’s washed 20 times in the washing machine, there’s no way it’ll be clean. These floors should be illegal.
I tossed the towel. I usually use an old tathered one anyway. Also, yes, they should be illegal. They are the worst

@@MerylBliss yeah my knees are a real problem for me, means they dislocate easily but also go back in easily enough
@paj4949 I understand. I'm happy you got it back in easy. I've got a few joints that go back in easy. Knees are usually only bad during a flare, so a plus for me is they don't go out often, but when they do, I've got to apply some force.

My elbows are the worst. When I reach for something they will randomly slip and snap painfully back into place. My shoulders if I don't stay strong. But I don't have the hip issues you have. Do you grow bone spurs like a champ?
Somehow, my only good joints seem to be my elbows. Do you use braces for them? I can relate to the shoulder issue, too. But not bone spurs. At least I'm not aware of any. Although they would explain some of the pain. 🤔 Take care.

I can only work 16 hours before I’m tired so it’s perfect for me to get in 8 hours or sleep after! Try just walking for 16 hours or 48 miles, and you’ll see 24 hours is plenty!
This might be the most depressing thing I've read today. Are you okay? Do you have time to eat? Shower? Do anything that is not work? How are you on youtube if you work 16 hours a day and sleep 8? So many questions.

Any recs for getting a diagnosis? I think I have EDS but I don’t even know where to start :( I just moved states & need to get a new primary care physician for any referrals I think
Getting a diagnosis is so frustrating. I still am on a 1-2 year wait list for genetic testing to rule out other types. But for now on my charts it is hEDS. I did have to have a lot of test ran and blood drawn and I had to see rheumatology to rule out other conditions. To find a doctor, I searched for eds and my city's name on Facebook and for "eds support group "city name" in Google. I joined a couple of groups, and I was able to ask people which pcps and specialists are familiar with eds. I then scheduled my appointment with an eds aware PCP Also, I always go to each appointment with a list of every condition, symptom, etc organized by the age the issue began. The list is printed and easy to follow. This is and I quote multiple doctors "very helpful". Finding the right doctor has been amazing. They do not need to be an expert just familiar enough to get you to the right specialists. There are not many doctors who are eds experts. So a doctor who is willing to learn means everything.
