What I'm trying to find out is how the VA gets away with falsifying medical exams and evidence to deny ratings and benefits to veterans. They've done this to me for almost 30 years.

I am a 60% permanently disabled Army Vet, who has been unemployable for a service connected back injusry. I have neropathy in both legs, but tge VA denied my claim for neropathy in my arms and hands. I still have symptoms in all four extremities. Sexondary to the drop foot on my left leg, due to spinal damage-I have had serrious falls causing injuries to my thumbs and fingers that now are arthritic and very painful. Can you help. me open a claim to increase my disability?

My father served in Vietnam, and I have a cleft lip and palate. Would I be eligible for any benefits through the military. Everything that I have found says no. I have lived with this for 48 years. No one in my family has cleft to date. My father was at Camp Lejune and Vietnam in the 60's

I have a few questions. I am 100% P&T with about 16 different conditions that give me the 100. If i add them up it is about 250%. I am wanting to submit for SMC R1 or R2. My wife is a nurse and she helps with the cooking, grocery shopping and my medications from the VA plus helping me with my doctors appointments. Do you think i have a case on the SMC R1 and R2? plus i am approved for SMC K.

I got out 06NOV2023 and I filed my claim in the one year window, and the effective date is 07NOV2023 but the pay start date was 01DEC2023. I’m confused why my back pay was not 07NOV23

I have a denied claim for tinnitus 2003 and I would like open this up again, I was a Rifle Range coach on the shooting range for 2 years in the Marines. I am already recently service connected for Camp Lejeune toxic water for CIDP 40%. HA the government lied about the water I drank at Camp Lejeune 1980. Tinnitus is subjective and everyone has different symptoms.

I don’t have spina Bifda. I ended up having Ehlers Danlos hyper mobility spectrum, Dysautonomia/ POTS , Hashimotos , chronic autoimmune pancreatitis, stomach removed from gastroparesis, atrophic gastritis, levoscolosis , osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, early on set cateracts and I’m 49 now and my biological farther is Vietnam ware Vetran and never got diagnosed as a baby nor never gotten taken to doctors. None of my other family members has this at all and I have Sjögren’s and mental issues. I know why they say spina bifda so they don’t have to compensate the rest of the agent Orange children. This is ridiculous !

It was mentioned I might have MS while in service but I turned down the Lumbar puncture and finished with a profile, fast forward some years and I was diagnosed and started treatments at the VA for MS. Someone mentioned to me I should say it was discovered while active service and diagnosed at the VA. Does that sound right?

I was approved 100 % P&T in July 2022. Approximately in 2012 I had filed for ptsd and several ailments included in the pact act that was initially included. They're denial was based on they couldn't find my medical records and therefore expecting me to provide it...any chance CUE can be used?

I' ve noticed that some of my lower ratings are disapearing without notice. For example: I had 10% hearing loss in my left ear when I exited the Army, that's gone. 10% for Sinusitis shortly after the PACT Act, that disappeared. What the hell is going on, why do they keep screwing with us after we've fought so hard to get our rating in the first place?

Some of these changes should not affect veterans that have already been rated for the condition unless you are up for revaluation or file for an increase after the changes go into effect. But as we all know the VA benefits rating system is unpredictable and they can do whatever they want whenever they want.

I think some of these are future rating changes. I know that updates to the rating system for mental health, sleep apnea, and tinnitus are upcoming in 2025. Not sure when the other condition you sated are being updated.

The Va is going away soon.
