What about the VA refusal to follow the laws passed by congress in leu of the DOJ and ATF telling them to remove the gun rights of veterans simply for asking for help with their financial activities and paying their bills. If you tell anyone in the VA that your wife pays the bills they can report you as mentally defective and need to be disarmed. That needs to stop.

One Air Force pilot I knew, said in high-speed aerial maneuvering he regularly pulled 8-G's. He had an engine flame-out during a training exercise and had to punch out. The ignition of the rockets that pushed the seat out of the plane caused him quite a lot of back pain for a while afterward as it compressed his spine. It lasted for about three months, but he was okay after that. Though I have not seen him in about twenty years, so I don't know if he suffers from any lasting effects. As far as jumping out of a perfectly good airplane, in the military there is no such thing, only planes built by the lowest bidder. Of course, if it is going to crash, give me a chute I'm jumping.

Hello how are you doing looking at your you tube video, I had an issue like this in 1992 I applied for PTSD back then and was denied, I was later on granted PTSD, in 2018 and now , I never knew I have been denied because it was foul at the veterans affairs, and no one never inform me of my denial, when I was approved in 2018 that I had been denied prior to this claim, wondering if I can file a claim on this matter? without interrupting my current disability pay.

Not all lawyers take cases. I couldn't find a lawyer, so I had to submit it on my own.

My husband has been having a hard time getting his disability since 94. The hold up is the doctor's notes can't be read. You can't even find a single legible letter in the chicken scratch. He is service connected but still 0% because of this. Now he's not able to work, diagnosed with hearing loss, CHF, diabetes, COPD, arthritis, neuropathy and plantar facitous. They still won't give him a rating. We have been surviving on my 70% SC but it is getting really hard. I can't work either with my disabilities and having to take care of him. No car so having to rely on VA transportation to appointments. Unfortunately during COVID the va stopped c&p transportation, and the c&p transportation he doesn't qualify for. As he says his life after military service has been nothing but a catch 22 and I'm trying to stop him from giving up.

Im sorry but you took so long to answer the Veterans simple question. You mention the Royal Thai Air force Base how many times? Suggest you tighin it up. Hypertension is one of the conditions of Agent Orange covered by the Pact Act. And break down the comp %'s based on Systolic and Diastolic BP readings taken and recorded by VA or Private Sector MD. Deployed after 9/11 to K2 - Stronghold Freedom in Uzbekistan, DOD knew it was toxic but mission came first. I didn’t die at K2 but it’s been killing me slowly. I found that VA pulls our information from the DMDC, and DMDC gets our information from the DOD and our Branch of service. It’s seems information can get lost along the way. DMDC had me down as never at K2, so when VA pulled my information they keep denying my claim.

I have a question. My uncle was in Vietnam and exposed to agent Orange. His daughter has had seizures since she was four. She gets bleeding from the ears. Doctors don't know why. Could that possibly be from agent Orange? My uncle started having seizures while in Vietnam for the first time. ???? I heard the VA does not consider seizures a part of agent Orange. She has been diagnosed with fibro. But they say that for everything when they don't know why you are lethargic and aching everywhere. She has always had mysterious health problems since little 😢

If you were subject to loud noise make a claim related toTERA . most people will get 0% or nothing for hearing loss.

I know many people who do not qualify for tinnitus va benefits. Many of them worked around loud aircraft their entire career!

They never assigned me a percentage of disability for my hearing loss.....I was a 0341 and served in a line company my entire 4 yrs

That was the hardest I had to fight even had to go to point of proving I was willing to file a claim to the AMA for unethical practice.

What about a reservist who goes on annual training, and experiences a traumatic experience witnessing death?
