I think we can do it with the Chop transform midi tool now ! much faster. Just draw a specific length note not and use the amount of division you want for this note

I love this feature, but hate how it's limited to 127 steps in resolution. Good enough for fading between two effects maybe, but if you're fading between more layers the resolution should be higher

This was EXATLY what I was looking for! I wonder though, if I want to record one automation (Let's say Filter Res), and then have it loop around to record a different automation on another parameter (Let's say Reverb Size), will it override my first automation (Filter)?

I recently had a Max For Live class and I thought it would be overwhelming but once you understand the lay of the land.....there is soo much you could do with it. My only question is, how do project or send out the video to say a green screen or video projection source as a background for your Ableton Live performance?
