Sure I can show in my next video how I do it myself. And the throat is best grilled or in the oven. Since I generally cook it whole, as it has some cartilage but the meet in and around it is amazing. It has a different but good taste

And to be honest I started at south but as soon as I pulled up a buddy of mine told me it was dead only the south jetty was pulling up any fish ..so I naturally went that way. Not knowing what to expect but I knew there was some fish caught on the south

This was on the 16th ..just before the last storm hit. Hopefully we see another good window here soon, I'm exited to see if kings will finally show up😏
