how do we know if a program doesn't allow travel nursing before matriculating? will they explicitly tell you?

Honestly this is why I left bedside. Just wasn’t worth it for me. The pay was not nearly enough to have someone’s life on my hands for 12 hours. I left and I am so happy I did. The best decision of my life to be honest. I make more and I am much happier.

What are your thoughts on burn icu. Also, what should I look for that would consider it to be high acuity in that specialty area?

What is the odd rule in Texas about local contracts? I'm looking at living/traveling in an RV and making Texas my domicile since Texas has full-time RVer friendly laws. I would not be duplicating expenses, but I would need as many ties to Texas as possible. Working there a few months out of the year would definitely help in that area. I googled to find out what's going on in Texas with the local contracts, but I didn't find anything.

What about for accelerated nursing students? We don’t get externship opportunities and I don’t have any CNA experience I only have pharm tech experience

There is no reason not to crush the GRE, even if your school doesn’t require it. As the product of a teenage mom living next to a poor Indian reservation in one of the poorest areas of the US, I can say that it’s easy, regardless of what wealth you grew up with. A 320 is very reasonable and attainable score with any amount of prep work. Everyone will have a 3.5+ GPA. Everyone has CCRN. A great GRE score and interview is what will make you stand out.

Hi thank you for all this information!! I’m currently taking pre requisites for RN program… I have a ways to go but I am determined to make it!! Can you talk about how to get in for people that may not get. 3.6/3.6 GPA in undergrad ? Also are there any programs or grants that can help with CRNA school like scholarships? I really want to avoid taking out loans if I can!! Thank you!!!!

I’m curious on how if it’s any different if I do a private institution school for my BSN. Would that lower my chances on being accepted to a CRNA program?

I do appreciate a lot of the workers rights in California, but the social policy of the state and radical ideology with the rapid spending of their government on useless projects that they don't even complete. For instance, the high-speed rail that was supposed to be done 10 years ago. It would be nice but they're never going to complete it. Sometimes more money and some of the benefits aren't even worth it because the state itself is garbage. Now if you're a single person, you can find a nice place in California to live, but if you want to raise a family, you can't even send them to the public schools. They're either just garbage academically or their social cesspools.

Please talk and go over more actual clinical situations versus what you eat. Thank you. Greatly appreciated

I'm a new nurse! I really want to, both, travel but also become a CRNA, like you. I feel like I can't do both.. but now I feel there's hope and I can. How can I become a CCRN the fastest and save for CRNA school. I want to save for 4 years and apply to CRNA school when i'm 40-41 yr old. Can you make a video about this, share the schools you looked into for CRNA school, why you chose the one you did and didn't choose the others, and how to save or get scholarships for CRNA school. I'm single so I will have to fund my schooling and living expenses for the whole 3-4 years of CRNA school.
