Another thing to consider is that some programs let you get your LPN after the first year. You can then start working as an LPN (higher pay) and get hands-on experience while getting your RN or BSN.
This is a GREAT route
Get your ADN at a Community College for minimal cost then do an online RN to BSN program.
In almost every circumstance this is what I’d recommend too 😊
would you recommend an adn over an absn? (I have a prior bachelor's and no debt)
I work as a CNA at a hospital and they hire ADN but expect you to finish the BSN within 3 years. I am pretty sure they pay for it.
But in WA state requires you to be a CNA to apply for the ADN programs.
