If I graduated nursing school in Florida and I want to work in Oregon, I can take my Nclex in Oregon and can start working there?

Question: At what point exactly should I send the resume to the job application? after the nclex? before? thank you so much.

Good question! I started applying 3 months before graduation-had a job offer by March (I graduated in May)

In my state we generally have the ability to set for the NCLEX-PN before the end of nursing school.
Do you think it’s worth the time/money/effort?

I love your videos! Would you be able to elaborate a little more on CCU vs CVICU. I am currently working MICU. I would like to join CVICU but I hear mix advises about first applying to CCU then transitioning to CVICU . Then others say just to go straight to CVICU bc they will train me in what I will need to know for that floor. Any advice??? :)

Hi! Yes! Watch my RUclips videos about the different ICUs, it’s in the nursing school education playlist. Also the video about choosing high acuity ICUs, those videos together will help you choose the icu with the best training and the sickest patients
