$645k I would think the space would be bigger. If you have little kids this would not do. Mixing the metals is a big thing for me. The small balcony and not ring able to sit is a no. The cabinets are not soft close either. You were nice giving it a 7.5.

Where is the door to the bathroom? If kids come in my room they don’t need to see me in the shower. The back wall in backyard needs to be higher. I prefer the builder navigate HOA and permitting vs me having to do it. Need a powder room near front door. Lose points on makeup vanity, cheap. Lose points on jack n jill bath, separate commode and tub. I rate it a 6.

Why? Why? Why is the laundry room at the front door? I would swap powder room and laundry room. Makes more sense. You showed the great room, where is the formal living room and dining room? Worked for major home builders over 20 years. The great room is in addition to a LR and DR. Master bath needs bathroom door. This trend of no door is annoying.

AIN'T NO WAY I WOULD GIVE THAT FOR THIS PROPERTY. NO FCKN WAY BRO. No character at all, kitchen missing a lot for that price. I won't even go into all it's missing. Then the layout really sucks a bit choppy at the entrance. It's no wonder it's still sitting empty. If it were maybe 450k so then I could go in and make the necessary changes.
