I would not buy any houses in Buckeye since Buckeye has NO water rights and homes are running on ground water and no canels. So if Arizona going through an emergency water shortage and need to cut back, Buckeye resident has no right cause they aren't running water from any AZ central canal system but ground water. A lot of homeowners in Buckeye dont even know about this.

You can always change the hinges on the kitchen cabinets to soft close. Not too expensive.

I like the backsplash in the kitchen. That looks quite nice. You really need to get rid of all that carpeting.

The more important question is, is it in an HOA because that’s the biggest thing in AZ right now since sliced bread. A lot of these homes are gorgeous but Im telling you, this HOA will make you wanna move back into an apartment 😅

This property.... when I saw the hanging wire outside the door... I would not even have went inside to be honest. Then when I saw the waterbugs or large roaches INSIDE the property on several rooms... I thought to myself THIS place has a Bug PROBLEM.... Next! yassss!!! Our neighbor across the street had a caregiver that parked in front of our house everyday 9am-5pm for like years.... It was so annoying... especially when trying to bring my disabled grandpa over or getting work done on the house... I started spraying her truck "accidently" while watering the tree she parked under... or getting up early just to park in front of my own house before she would... If you have a tree in AZ, you are doomed... the random cars that park in front of the house for a few inches of shade is crazy.. The worst is the stupid ass HOAs in AZ, we have gotten many warnings and fines for cars that are not even ours since they dont allow overnight parking... I make a big scene taking pictures of the vehicles now because I'll be damned if I get tickets for strangers I do not know when my daughter parks at a store down the street overnight just to avoid said fines from HOA... But yea long story short.. Thank you for pointing out the unwritten rule.. park in front of your own house or who you're visiting!!

So funny this popped in my feed... I just did an Uber Eats delivery to this gated community the other night and was in awe of some of the beautiful homes... I told my daughter we needed to check it out during the day, but you did it for me! There was a line of cars trying to get in.. my customer gave me code, so after the others moved out of the way and I put in the code over three cars followed me in.. so I agree with some of these other comments about the gate being a false sense of security. The price sounds outrageous to some, but for AZ home prices it seems on par and fair compared to other comps. Also, it was almost 110 degrees still today at 7pm in my area (its September mind you)!, so the people arguing in the comments AZ only sucks 3 months of the year is personal preference.. for me April through October suck, but Ive always worked overnights so thats how I avoid the days!

the home is the solely responsibility of the home owner. And when you have low income elderly folks they are unable to physically take care of their buildings especially the exterior. Our mobile home park had one maintanance man for 120 home sites. It would have been his job to pick up that dead animal and he would have done it. The park allowance was what caused me to take over 9 months to sell mine. I had numerous cash offers but none of them met the park's various requirements for residency. This is a very decent older mobile home for sale. It's had some good updating. We ran into same issues with the pool and hot tub. Most of the tome the hot tub was not available. I always got BS from manager about why it was not repaired. And lots of "the health dept, wants X, Y Z". It seems fairly priced to me. However, the entire park is run down and allowed to fall in dis repair considering the nearly $1000 space rent.

Temperature drops from 750 degrees outdoors, to a comfortable 84 degrees indoors is still too uncomfortable for me. Ill stick with four seasons. ❄🌷🔥🍁👍

Nice walking path. Beautiful nature trees and landscaping. Love how the houses look different from one another. Not cookie cutter. They probably left the grass because of that tree out front. Wow huge downstairs bedroom! 😮 She’s right! Bad building of that bedroom and storage. Bathroom should have had a tub too, and you right need a wand in that shower! Closet is big. She’s right! You know people be sneaker heads need that space. Kitchen is nice. Sad cabinets are not soft close. Nest is the thermostat. Carpet needs to be gone. Beautiful flooring upstairs. Jack & Jill bathroom is dated. They have a lot of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors up there! Wow. Nice garage. Finally see those window screens that were missing in the garage! Lol water softener system is old. They asking too much! Woooo… Lord have mercy! Love the covered patio, no fans though. Nice backyard, no privacy though with that pool. It’s easy to clean a grill… 🤦🏻‍♀️ That’s messed up, selling a house like that…. unless they had people jump the fence to use that pool and grill. 😂 The pool fence needs work. Nice grassy area out back. Yeah the pool equipment needs to be enclosed. They need to fix the house up more if they expect that price. Rating this one a 6 because of the potential, but asking price is too high.

Eww nasty. Out of state mobile home park owners need to be looked into! They making a killing on lot rent! The state of Arizona needs to investigate these out of state owners! Absolutely Criminal to treat people who need homes like this. Clean up the park, fix the landscaping. Hell you know they can afford to do it. This home has been updated cheaply. But they asking too much for it. What is up with all those stairs and low ceilings inside? Sorry, this one is a 2. It could be good if someone showed it more love. But no…. Not feeling this. 😕
