Yes, beautiful, $1.3 million I’m going to Africa. Thank you for showing $1.3 million. I can get over 27 acres plus on the continent with no mortgage. Yearly taxes will be under $500 and you’ll be surrounded by good food with no additives or preservatives but again, thank you for showing. I enjoyed your video. Very nice. I would like to grow old gracefully without having this large sum over my head along with their interest on a home loan. I thought having a home was an essential water, electric and gas, but as I gracefully get older this country here having a roof over your head with water, electricity is called a luxury. Building your own home you come out cheaper. That 1% is getting richer. They are very smart people because they have conditioned us well. Peace be with you all.

It's a lovely home. I wouldn't discount it. But they certainly could have given up some of the backyard space to make bigger closets. I'm used to being in Texas where the closets are the size of bedrooms and come with custom shelving

    • @shabrethajennings7291
      @shabrethajennings7291 2 месяца назад +6

LOl I'm here in Texas I was thinking the same things including the living room and kitchen area here in TX it would've been more spacious. Plus I enjoy having a front and backyard with real grass, I don't care for living here but you get your monies worth. I thought about moving to AZ but I can't do the natural landscape plus it's just trading one hot state for an even hotter one lol

    Rating: 5/10
•No one is manning the gated community (no mention of this during your footage). That gate can be easily scaled in no time flat by a motivated thief(vs). Ordering a pizza on a Friday evening and have to share your gate code with the delivery driver (most are too lazy to change the code immediately- or don’t give it a second thought to change it at all). Perfect. Criminals regularly seek employment with specific businesses to carry out their crimes (home invasion, motor vehicle theft etc.). For that price tag on a prestigious, gated community; security should be provided.
    •Houses are in close proximity.
•The back yard is on the small side, sans pool (and landscaping?).
•The fixtures throughout this ‘luxury’ home are basic as are the appliances. Faux marble, or granite countertops and walls in the kitchen and bathrooms?
•The doors and windows are average, a far cry from ‘lux.’
•Economic instability requires one to examine and adjust their budget accordingly.
•This particular property and all that it encompasses- is worth, at best, $800K.

I gave it a 6 its a beautiful home nevertheless. I'm here in Texas and for that amount you can get a much bigger home than that, especially the family room/kitchen area. Same with homes is Atlanta you just get a lot more, but it also depends on where you live at as well. I guess for those who already live there or really enjoy the physical landscape of Arizona, it's probably a dream house. Anyways I really enjoy your videos very happy for you and all the success you have obtain, thank you for bringing the viewers these awesome home tours.

So funny this popped in my feed... I just did an Uber Eats delivery to this gated community the other night and was in awe of some of the beautiful homes... I told my daughter we needed to check it out during the day, but you did it for me! There was a line of cars trying to get in.. my customer gave me code, so after the others moved out of the way and I put in the code over three cars followed me in.. so I agree with some of these other comments about the gate being a false sense of security. The price sounds outrageous to some, but for AZ home prices it seems on par and fair compared to other comps. Also, it was almost 110 degrees still today at 7pm in my area (its September mind you)!, so the people arguing in the comments AZ only sucks 3 months of the year is personal preference.. for me April through October suck, but Ive always worked overnights so thats how I avoid the days!

I like the house especially the garage. However I rate this house a #4 it's not worth the money. I don't like the closet space in the bathroom especially when the bedroom is so small. For $1.3m it's not enough space in the bedrooms for that price. This is around a $600k - $900k house in RVA-Richmond VA if there were bigger closets also outside the bathroom. This developer is cutting corners by making the closets and bathroom closets all in one. The owners suite is nice but I do agree with your commentary on the bathroom I want a carwash shower 4 the $$ also finish the title up to the ceiling. They skipped on a lot things definitely in this house.

I'd like to see some of the things that home inspector guy is always talking about, like broken welds on windows and sliding doors, insulation and caps on roof vents. These are the things that will cost you time and money - especially if the builder is one of those just cranking out million-dollar homes that are not even made as well as mobile homes are.

I think its beautiful, for the price I think the backyard should have been done at least some rock and a few low maintenance plants. The light fixtures not feeling those at all could have been prettier. The front door too much glass can break in I need a solid door. The washer and dryer in the main suite not feeling that either don't want my kids walking thru the main bedroom to get to the washer and dryer.

The shower in the primary will be freezing without some type of enclosure, even if not totally to the ceiling. Where are the additional shower heads, jets for this shower? For $1.3M I expect far more in the shower. The window frames look basic. Pure white (homeowner's choice) is boring. The doors are hollow core - I'd expect solid wood. I like the size of the rooms except expecting the small closet room to always be a nursery limits your buyer pool.

Maybe because I'm single and 60-it seems excessive. Who would be the type of person you would see be interested in this property? First off the front door seemed awkward-I'd prefer a double door entry, more grand lol the shower floor helps breaks it up (the pattern). The first room I'd use as a full suite>bedroom and "living room" for the mother or father space. The kitchen/dining room felt like a letdown. I live in Washington State, a suburb to Seattle and something like this would probably go for double the price in that market with the gated aspect. Rate of 8

I can’t recall ever seeing a w/d in a closet. That’s different for sure. I agree with you about the master bathroom though. If you’re not going to put in jets you definitely needed a MUCH larger rain shower head and hand held shower wand. I, personally don’t care for “gated communities”. You pay extra for that but my opinion is that gated communities are a “false sense of security”. They’ve reduced the price on that house quite a bit and considering how long it’s been on the market I’m sure they’ll reduce it some more.

I have a daughter in the midwest with a million dollar home, 6,000 sq ft 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 2 fire places. Her master suite has a walk-in closet with its own plumbing for an additional washer and dryer. Her house has a 3 car garage and is a custom build. I'd pay $650,000 tops for that house in Litchfield. Grey is very institutional and outdated, the lighting is way too modern for my taste, the sections of the turf in the front are weird looking, the hardware looks cheap and inexpensive, but the space is nice. The decour is not my taste at all. It is overdone and looks very inexpensive for the price of the home. White Tank is a great place to hike with all ability level trails! And when it rains, the waterfall trail is nice. Location is nice, especially if you work from home.

Why do you have something to say to the crowd? $1.3m is about more expensive than you get this kind of house anywhere. Bro, please change the caption to expensive properties for the rich. Nothing you're showing is affordable. People like you think extravagance is for everyone.
