- Located in North Scottsdale, this renovation project included a unique transformation involving flipping the top and bottom floors of the home. Our clients had a deep attachment to their neighborhood and the breathtaking views it offered, so they chose to renovate rather than moving elsewhere when the existing floor plan no longer met their needs. While challenging, our Design team took this project head on and crafted a remarkable space that exceeded our client's expectations!

I think if the big storage cabinet in the bathroom was a different color that blended in with the cabinets it would have been a much more seamless piece!

Okay, you asked for summer cocktail favs. I cannot get enough of this one these days, it’s my own variation of a french 75. But my genius touch :) is to squeeze 8 or 10 lemons ahead of time and store the juice in ice cube trays. So now, whenever I ‘need’ one of these drinks I just pop out one of the cubes!
In a shaker, combine 2 oz of your favorite gin or vodka, one lemon juice cube (or 2 oz of fresh), a small squeeze of agave, and ice. Shake vigorously about 20 seconds, then either strain the liquid into a frosty martini glass, or, just dump the entire contents of the shaker into a stainless stemless wine glass and head out to the patio. Enjoy!!!

I ♥️♥️ seeing all your completed projects. Always lots of cool features. I never tire of seeing the glass rinser! This one, I didn’t really love. The theater room with all of those light curtains covering every inch of every wall, was disappointing. If the homeowner loves, that’s all that matters though. Personally, I dream of having a really dark room with super plush giant, deep sofas. One day..
I also loved the huge cabinet in the bathroom, just didn’t love that it was black as much as I really ♥️ black cabinets. It was just a bit overwhelming positioned on the countertop like that. Overall, though, gorgeous home with beautiful views ✨
