#CortezBuild was a spec build located in Scottsdale, AZ, with our Build Partners, E&S Builders + Modern Splendor Homes, over the course of nine and a half months! The original home, which we tore down to completely start from scratch, sat on a lot that was just under 1.25 acres in the Cactus Corridor area of Scottsdale, which is considered a true oasis in the desert. The completed home boasts a floor plan that's just under 7,200 sqft and is equal parts functional, aesthetically stunning, and very representative of our signature style, Organic Desert Living™!
