Only 5 million sounds crazy but when you live in NYC you're entire life; seeing a magnificent home like this for what some 1500 sqf apts go for-makes me sick... (in a good way) and as a GCU alum -Go Lopes 🤘
Yep. Its one of the few home tours I have watched over and over. The home, the views, the camera angles, the music... This is the PERFECT home tour video in my opinion. It feels whimsical. I am manifesting myself in this home...
I can spot a FRANK Lloyd WRIGHT inspired architecture...instantly... Times do change, you however have kept the structure and purpose of FLW abilities to ..step outside .the box...Bravo
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
@Yvonnephyllis1 Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. Bridget Mary Turow, a licensed fiduciary whom has made me over 5 figures in profit in less than seven months, handles my investments. I could leave you a lead if you need help.
@Yvonnephyllis1 Bridget Mary Turow is quite popular on Bloomberg I doubt if there is anyone who is serious about stock trading that doesn't know her. She has helped me quite a few times in growing my portfolio and it was blissful without any setbacks. she is a tough person in an industry that demands clairvoyance
So this is that house I always see driving by. Really nice. @1:23 The house on the lower left with the palm trees and what looks like a long white fence around it is rumored to be Alice Cooper's house, I have no idea if its true or not.
I love this home, the view is to die for. My only concern is it looks like a prime place to find rattlesnakes and I hate them. I grew up in in Utah with a canyon behind us and we had them around a lot. As beautiful as the place is it just looks too "snakey" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
House is majestic except on the center outdoor putting green they should let it all be green or small circular garden it lessen the value of the house its like ok we all put everything in the house and you see the center empty and let put putting green out of nowhere like you already exhaust all the ideas Ang decided put putting green there...
Great home. How many males or females buy your houses in your area? 8 to 9 out of 10 are male I am guessing. Could Not go down and look at the garages. Showing for the first time I am giving you a C-. When was the home built? 5,10, 15 years ago could need up grades.
Thank you for your feedback, John. The listing agent kindly asked we do not show the garage or elevator as they were still in the process of being completed, otherwise we would have. The home was built in 1987 and received a multitude of updates in 2022, please see the link in the description of the video. What can we do next time to get an A rating?
This house in a way is just simple and long outdated, maybe like a in core cheaply made US gas guzzler car of the pasts. For instance how about the eco footprint of the house and it's use today? Where do I put my solar to feed my aircon with self generated electricity? (Or are there community projects to go with?) This is the usual idea of a build of the pasts - at least a should be able to go small too, like living on BLM in my class C from time to time, leaving the house for the time more or less effortless as it is. And why maintain such a house while working 60 or 70 hours a week? What does it provide to me? (In the end the house, an object, becomes provided by me? Why?) I think it's a house for the ones who alreday generate enough passive income to enjoy it, free of the needs of making money everyday/all day - but why then this house and there? In a way the US dilemma of today in a nutshell - without a growing empire and cheap oil and gas and object of the pasts, like cheap oil and gas. This house would just as well do to burn Nancy Pelosis corpse after her soon death piled on an open fire of large wooden blocs in the atrium to end a past and start USA anew - it all broadcasted into the entire world.
Iconic alright, but I'm not sure of what. Jagged asymmetry? Cubism gone horribly awry? Angy brutalism? The middle stages of insanity? Picasso's Guernica? It just goes to show that all of the money in the world can't buy class.
@@CloroxBleach-ye4kt Sorry Clorox. You are correct regarding it being out of my league financially. But I do find it hard to dismiss my education in the arts as suddenly irrelevant or invalid when it comes to architectural monstrosities. I know a mess when I see one.
Architect worked with Wright? Too bad he didn't learn anything. Don't want to be a shit poster, but why are those shower heads right next to each other? Best thing I can say about the house is the location. Otherwise, it's cold and missing the stone and woodworking of his masterpieces like the Robie, Dana-Thomas (?), or even the home and studio in Oak Park. Reading the comments, I seem to be virtually alone in my opinion so I'll shut up now.
The architect didn't design the remodel, which was done in 2023. He designed the structure of the house. The shape, orientation, etc. The remod had nothing to do with the arch.

I was about to pay in full but then i realized the pool is not facing towards the city :/ bummer
Frank Lloyd Wright would have DESPISED this home lol.
why wood floors in a home like this? use marble floors, gold fixtures and a wet room with a vanity and television in the primary.
😮 was that another bedroom inside the bathroom upstairs wow
Yes, It is currently setup as the kids room!
Who has rattlesnake detail? Scorpion detail? Anyone?
Is there an elevator . You didn't show one.
Yes, there is an elevator. However, we did not show it because it was under construction at the time of filming the home. Thanks for watching!

Overpriced. The housing market is headed south as rates will remain high for the coming years.
You couldn't even build this house in 2023 for $5M....not even close
