This is a beautiful home.
I should pull the trigger. My 90 year old mom lives with us now. The Casitas would be a little nicer than what we have for her right now. But, I can’t convince my bride or mom to move to the Phoenix Valley. They don't want to be away from pur only grandchild. Not to mention....they don't want to give up the lake view. I'm STUCK.
Love granite counter tops! With all the model homes you see, do you prefer tile flooring or plank laminate flooring?
Maybe tile... It really depends on look.
I like the house layout but way too much brown or coffee brown color for my taste but that can be changed, I think a water feature is needed in the back yard ambiance and some ceiling fans added to the veranda. The kitchen is missing a pot filler plus the sink is way too narrow to fit normal pots or pans maybe a farm-house style sink instead but that fridge does not match the house size or price point in my opinion, I like the office it's quaint and the guest room or dog house room is perfect. The Casita is perfect for an older person or it could be an income producer for a young professional if you can figure out the side entrance for a private entrance. So under a Million Build Investment could be a solid plan for a upwards 2 Million resale value in a year or 2.
That's what I say...it needs to be a little more brighter for real. I get blocking out the sun and trying to keep it cooler but that's way too much dark brown
And I would have to do something different with the back splash and add popping colors to it
