Hey Super. Just a suggestion for showing any home on your channel. You should start with the front entry, then go straight to the main living areas. Then show show the primary/master suite, then the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The last thing to show are laundry, garage, and closets. Just my opinion from years of showing homes.
Nice for a townhome. That balcony is nice and private! That water feature sound is a huge seller! Only thing… how much are those HOA fees? It’s definitely a 10! Very well taken care of.
Much better than the last house (blue cabinets/white tops). One concern (with age) would be getting in/out of some of the tubs! This one seemed to be more in line with the price and I'd have no problem with a STRONG 10
I asked you to do a luxury condominium and you did. I don't think people understand location. You might don't get everything that you want but you're in a nice location better schools. If you do some improvements you will get more money for this townhouse.👍👍 it is move-in ready

Fees rising or assessments scare me and keep me from being interested in this type of community. People, quit with gray floors. They aren’t pretty , kinda an eyesore. I think the price is high for the sf. I give it a 7.5 All of a sudden you’ve gotten very slender! You look fit and healthy ❤

I like the community it's well kept and GREEN which will affect on your mentality because you definitely will not be saying "whoosah" when you come home. I like the home it's not over the top luxury it's comfortable living and spacious, now depending on how much the HOA is I would say it rates a 9.5 if they would put in a pot filler, I could have rate it a 10 BUT.
This area reminds me of florida..with the man made ponds..I dont want to be that close to people.. Im trying to move soon but not near people. 9/.5/10😊😊

I would give that property a 7. That's not enough space for the price AND the property didn't look family friendly. Most townhome communities aren't. I'm in Houston & own a fully renovated 1750sqft townhome. I have 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 baths, 2.5 car garage & 2 private outdoor spaces. It's an older property (1980) and doesn't have all the "accouterments" of your property. You didn't mention the monthly maintenance fee and what it includes. It's probably pretty expensive, like $500+/month.

Interesting choice of flooring, I think it's too busy. The track lighting has to go, it's Arizona, you need fans in every room. And you need double sinks in the shared bathroom. This townhouse is very ordinary, nothing special for that price tag.
Yeah wtf. Why didn’t they do a double sink? I’ve looked up the homes in Chandler lmao so outdated and overpriced. Hamilton is a good high school but it’s not worth the area. I’d rather move back to Chicago and live in a nice suburb
Since this is called luxury and backed by the price I give it a 4. I know luxury living in AZ and this is not it. It is nice. It is pretty. But it is not luxury.
