You have potential on the inside to make it pop, the outside you have multiple RV storage, a pool and pool house or maybe a tiny luxury rental and or another garage for your car collection. A discerning investor could see the possibilities and maybe another $500,000, This could be elevated to 2M, so a score of 7 allows for some wiggle room because this house was popping.

Worked for major home builders over 20 years. The great room is in addition to a LR and DR. Master bath needs bathroom door. This trend of no door is annoying.
