I really like this house! I love the stairs being in the back since the office is in the front. The upstairs family and laundry rooms are great. However, I would opt for a bigger bathroom and smaller closet in the main bedroom. I like a nice bathtub. The backyard was nice as well, and still had room for a swing set for the kiddos. Overall nice home!
Yep.... It would be Victory at Verrado or Estrella Mountain Country Club if I lived in the Phoenix Valley. I work from home. No need to drive anywhere.
Nice house tour I like the stairs off the kitchen 4 upstairs. I would like 2 see some condominiums or townhouses that are new although I do not like homeowner association fees. You make me want 2 move 2 Arizona..😀
