Already grow my beard for almost 4 months now. I use dermaroller and VCO for hair growth and it works quite well. The patchy part where usually no hair now has some hair. I believe it will take another 3 to 6 months to make those patchy part covered with hair. So yeah VCO (coconut oil) will help your hair growth.

I have multiple name brand beard oils as I'm sure we all do, but organic coconut oil is my daily go to. That stuff is pure greatness! Even my dog loves it! Every time I rub it in my hands to liquify she runs in and sits in front of me so I run the excess through her fur with my bone comb pick. Lol

I tried this for the first time last Saturday and was thoroughly impressed with the results! I went a step further and used a candle warmer to heat up my coconut oil with a mix of oils I created and stored for daily use. Wet my hair as usual then applied the oil and followed with a layer of conditioner. I used the plastic bag and alternated with a blow dryer and hot towel for about 15 minutes. Did an apple cider vinegar rinse, shampoo, oiled it and hit it with the blow dryer. I looked like a freaking movie star!!

I get the organic coconut oil. I'm not sure if that actually does anything. I also like to use a little scented beard oil just for a nice smell bonus 👍👍

I don’t sweat any more with the beard than without. Definitely shading my face with my beard creating a cooler than being bare in the sun. Enjoy the journey!

Nope. It doesnt cool you down at all. Thata like saying taking a sauna makes you feel cooler because of all the sweat makes you wet

I swim and sauna daily. In AM prior to swimming I apply coconut oil as you recoomend. After sauna I apply Everyman Jack beard oil. Of course my comb is Jacks. Thanks for Intel. 🏋‍♂️🏋🏻🦊

Is this cold compressed coconut oil ? Because I am getting ready to shave my beard off, I have tried everything, and I am 65 years old and could never grow a beard. When I was younger What's so disgusting is that my beard grows in curls 🙂

I think there's a huge difference between the smell of the raw solid oil and the liquid. I much prefer the solid. I bought a 300 ml jar about 6 months ago and it's still about a quarter full. A little goes a long way and my beard has never been happier!

Sometimes I do but I usually just run the backs of my hands down the sides of my beard then use my thumbs to pull my mustache hairs to the side that has fallen down lol
