Hi. One question! I see light on when not music play, how you do that? Example: run autoloops or scripted tracks and when the music end, the light is black but I want after 1 second to turn on some lights to create an ambient when no music play, but wen play next song to return to autoloops or scripted tracks automatically (I don't want to use static lock every time). I watch all tutorials but I don't find out how to have some light on after music ended.

Admit of a little bit of a like a bug to a bug when it comes to LEDs I think I’ve given them at least 12 or $1300 on my money. I think it’s something that actually but trust me you’re showing your demos, I don’t care but it’s a very bad demo because of it. You’re not getting my attention. This bug is bugging out. I hope you take that as constructive criticism, but I guess some kind of promo or something I bought, but I don’t see the compelling argument for why I would buy or I don’t see anything that I’m buying. I realize you’re on the suppers. I guess I don’t even know if you sell hardware but I’m out of ambiguity there I can go back to and read it again but didn’t see much. There was a whole lot to read for some reason I’m supposed to give you $60. That’s all I remember for six months I think and then I’ll get updated to the software that does something I assumed to control lights but Why do I want to control the lights when the music can be the conductor along with various simple adjustments templated settings and themes can be the visual orchestra, but if you really want to get hard-core, they have an entire studio app that let’s you DIY for hours to procure the exact color, exact pattern, exact everything and I just think that the music should be doing the heavy lifting I just wanna enjoy it!

Gig bar this and that, now I know why they named it sound switch, I’m new at this fresh out the box don’t have a gig bar but I do have a nice light show … I’ve watched about 10,000 videos can barely get movers to move or do anything like this video says, won’t stay a changed color my nerves have gotten bad, paying a monthly subscription fee for what Frustration ? So yes Sound switch is the perfect name cause it SOUNDS like I’m SWITCHING back to easy old chauvet ShowXpress

What exactly is not available when you use rekordbox and use the ableton link?

This works fairly well, except when you try to link both decks…..the video only shows the “main link” and deck one “link” selected. When you select deck two’s “link”, Serato wants to “Sync “ the bpm’s. Any work around, or very possibly, I’m doing something incorrectly.

I';m not trying to be rude but, am I the only oner confused by this?

Hi everyone. The issue i´m having with the app is a somewhat monthly app crash. It goes like this: when this thing happens, the app shows instantly on the taskbar but nothing else happens. If i hover the mouse pointer over it, it shows a very tiny and empty box. See picture placed bellow. In Task Manager is shows 0.0% of CPU usage and only 6.7 Mb of RAM used. When this happened for the first time, two solutions were presented by the Support team: 1- disable CPU hyperthreading and; 2- clean install Windows. Since the first option is not accessible in my computer model i went with the second. One month after the first "crash" here i am, just clean installed Windows again and this time the issue remains. I´ve tried limiting CPU core usage and priority before the app launches so it doesn´t see more than one option - as with hyperthreading as far as i´ve learned- but that didn´t work either. What i used for that was C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c start "" /High /Affinity 2 "C:\Program Files\SoundSwitch\SoundSwitch.exe" in the shortcut address. This time the support team hasn´t replied - yet - and i´m wondering who else had this trouble. Running it on a virtual machine works but i cant get it connected to my dj app and VmWare bugs hard connecting with the USB-to-DMX interface, so that is also out the window. Can anyone please help????

Nice, but the guy that did that performance and named: "SoundSwitch Control One for use with a Band" never did any live gig with the band! Band always and really ALWAYS needs TV front light. Just permanent white light, that they can perform and public can see the faces. Is that even doable in the soundswitch?
