I can’t even figure out how to get my editing more stuff to activate in performance mode. I just run the pre-loaded editing programs during a performance.
is it possible to use HDMI with soundswitch as well so that you can get visuals playing in sync with the music on a TV for example? If not maybe add that in the future?
What setting does each light have to be on?
I’m interested in purchasing sound switch. But I would like to know how is the computer connected to the lights? Is there a USB to DMX cable or does the computer send a DMX signal wirelessly? Do I need to buy any wireless dongles for transmitting a signal?
Im trying to set my lights up i only have 2 moving heads betopper lm70s i can find them but how can i set a auto with out my music being scaned

how do you just select USb as an option. I dont have serato or virtual dj or any of that? i get nothing coming through my channels or anything
Does this use the Crescit fixture library? Also if you're fixture is not in the fixture list what is the process to submit it? Cheers

Yes, right-click on the playlist or crate and select "AutoScript"
I have some led spot moving heads but I don't know the MAF. How do I find it in the list
Ok, so i have my light in DMX Adress 1 and it says the same thing on the light, it is in 8 channel mode, also says that on the light. I plugged it in the way the manual told me.. Right.. But my light doesn't come on? I am using the Control One

Can anyone tell me how to import my serato library into SSwitch? Like how is it done and how do I get beatgrids on my loaded tracks for autoscripting?

Question, Ive been trying to get my BrotherLights to work with SoundSwith. Ive added them and keep trying to get them to work but no luck. Im not sure what I've missed from all the tutorials I've seen. Once i add it to the DMX on SoundSwitch i go to MINI to see if i can test them. but no do. Ive also have my lights hardwired directly to the lights with DMX A001, any help would be greatly appreciated
You cant have all lights on same channel. The program cant desifer what light is what when on same channel. So ex my one spot duo is on channel 1 sec spot duo is channel 21 my starburst is channel 61. It goes same for using a dmx board.
Loop strobe is great feature mentioned nowhere :) Does it work with all the DJ softwares? I am using Serato.

Hello soundswitch how can I get a hold of you guys? I’m having some trouble with connecting my serato with soundswitch. I have done all the steps to connect with serato. I would do a lightshow in edit mode and when is time for performance mode it doesn’t perform my lightshow. HELP!
My SS with windows 11 and 1000 srt work only in one channel, Fader (chanell one) i have to use link button when im in preformance mode and Play something from channel two or 3 o 4 becouse my light go to the something like blank mode no light's till im not press link button but if i want play from channel one evryting work like should be. Why?

Hey and thanks for your tutorials.
1. In Edit Mode, autoloop section in the bottom of the screen, only in see 4 autoloops per bank. If i delete once, there are 4 again... only when i deleted 5 autoloops, i see the last 3. Means... there are 8 autoloops per bank but i can only see 4 of them. Scrolling not possible and change screen resolution is not successful to change behavior.
What's up with it..... what's the trick?
2. If i choose an autoloop and will repeat them, ever i must go to the menu in the control one to enable / disable this feature.
Is there a better way to to this? AND......... if i activate repeat autoloop, i can't select another autoloop in a short way about the control one... Why / is there a trick too?
Yes, in the control one menu..... but the control one has 8 buttons per bank. Why can't select an specific autoloop while activate repeat autoloop???
Just i need quick help because i don't know, sound switch and control one is a good solution.
In the moment i can't see a benefit. The configuration is such a terrible thing like other DMX software...

Chauvet Gigbar Move + ILS is not supported in a good way.
In every video tutorial, the example fixture is the Chauvet Gigbar Move and so i thought, the integration is perfect without a lot of configuration. But..... 🤷♂

So when I am in the "performance settings" I am only restricted to having "upfader only" mode, but I want blend mode. It will not let me select it. Why would that be?

When I save changes to autoscript. When I turn the computer on after a couple of days I have to go back and double click on all the songs again. I thought they were locked in no matter what. Please help

I have this fun cool thing where after autoscripting I have no idea what to do. I hit play. nothing happens. I go to perform. nothing happens. are there better tutorials where you explain the transition of step to step? instead of lets see how it looks and here we are and I don't know how we got there.
I must be doing something wrong- when I dmx my GigBar Move to SoundSwitch I lose features like the laser
I’m having the same issue. I connected my gigbar 2 and lots of features are malfunctioning. My derbys never move. If I move slide the DMX channel up a little different things start to happen (like moving derbys)

@@itsdjtam I figured it out. You have to create and individually place attribute cues down on your autoloops. I made a few to cue the derbies to rotate right, left, on/off, laser, etc.
Same, I have been trying to contact soundswitch because is not connecting with my serato. I would do a lightshow (not with my gigbar) and when I will dj the lightshow I have created would not come out with the song. Soundswitch customer service really sucks
