Just curious, how did you make those EASyPLUS tones in Audacity?
I believe I used the tones tutorial made by melaneykitty. The #mock-resources channel in the NWS Reference Server (on Discord) has it: discord.gg/YNuDM8kjR9 If you do not have Discord though the steps for creating EASyPLUS tones are these: 1. Delete 0.14 seconds of silence between the first and second SAME/EOM, and second and third SAME/EOM. There should only be 0.86 seconds of silence between tones 2. Change the pitch of the entire audio by 0.1 half steps 3. Apply a High Pass Filter (800 Hz, 48 dB) 4. Apply a 0.025 second 8 Hz sine tone at the start and end of each SAME Header, the attention tone, and EOM Burst at an amplitude of 0.2 decibels 5. Reverse the sine tone at the end of each SAME Header, the attention tone, and EOM Burst 6. Resample the audio to 8000 Hz

What do you use to make the scenarios?
Sorry for the late reply, I may make a detailed tutorial at some point in the future (as the steps are different and sometimes complicated depending on the type of the mockup), but I mainly use Sony Vegas, Photoshop and After Effects for the video portion, along with my assets kit EASyKIT (theeasykit.weebly.com/ ) and Audacity with some special macros (made by other community members) for the audio portion Here are the macros I use on Audacity. Note that they may not work on versions newer than 2.4.2. Also, make sure to download the entire drive by clicking on the drive name ("NWR Macro Drive" as of now) then Download: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VBBvfUVYxkBUJR99v72g6KxX_7jAk8ja
