well, long story short, I was just extremely unmotivated to make a video, especially EAS stuff. more videos regarding actual tech stuff will come however, once I sort this messy setup I have out.
anyway, this is actually based on an actual EAS RMT fail Wyoming did this month. I got the audio from one of the GWES ERN relay network stations' audio stream.
