Fun fact: Not all Mongolians were cruel. The game hints somewhat at this, but some of the Mongolians were actually in marriages with a tribe of Keraite women who were apparently Nestorian Christians. The game portrays key Buddhist characters as being shady. Buddhists apparently persecuted these Christians to the point of completely suppressing and even building on top of Christian churches. All of this was happening long before Jesuits arrrived in the 1600's. There were even Samurai who due to this persecution, would display their faith by secretly fashioning the hilts of their swords with the shape of crosses. They would outwardly appear to be Buddhist or Shinto, but were secretly Christian.

Today was the first time i played bf1, (yeah i know im really late), and let me tell you, "The Runner" is one of the best things ive ever played in my entire life. The ending soundtrack is perfect and really brings out the emotions representing the ending scene.

The way I had tears in my eyes this entire fight 🥺

Gosh, I've been playing this marvel of a game with the music muted most of the time just because I wanted to enjoy the ambience of the Forbidden West's open world and I totally forgot how insanely epic the whole soundtrack is 😭😭😭

Damn the memories of playing this game. Best battlefield hands down. Operations was so fun and addicting. Hopefully dice can bring back battlefield to its highest peak again. Like they did with battlefield 1 i hope. 😭
