Like the whole revenge thing is a common theme in games (RDR2, Assassin's Creed 2, God of war, ect) and can be very well written but in TLOU2, Ellie does all this shit to then spare abby because she realizes it's not worth it. Finish the job dumbass, you already lost everything, regret it later. And let's not forget how they treated Joel's death. When you have a beloved character and want to off him, you have to do it with respect. Joel's death was too brutal, too sudden, and didn't even do much to build up Ellie. We didn't even have a co-op mission with him. Almost all the other characters were cookie cutter af and the game itself just wasn't that good. The gameplay was nice though, I'll give them that but it most definitely didn't deserve game of the year. And people really tried to pin all of our criticism on us being homophobic and sexist as if Life is Strange, Borderlands, TWD Final season, and hell, Last of Us: Left behind weren't huge successes
Ghost of Tsushima got battlefield combat correct. Unlike kingdom come deliverance, forced auto aim single target. This isn’t a duel bro. Gets headshots from all opponents.
@@cro-magnum7642 I mean it may be "historically" inaccurate, but its realistically accurate. Enemies aren't going to come and attack you one by one in a fight. They're always going to come and try to overwhelm you.
