I have just had this boiler installed last two days. But warm water not working sometimes cold sometimes luke warm water. The burner light comes on for like 5 seconds when hot water tap is on but goes off and water starts to go cold and the flow temperature on the boiler decreases also any ideas why this is?

Are boilers put in cupboards deliberately to contort and torture the engineer?. Fair play mate beware of injury just accessing the plate.

Hi mate good videos you have. Very informative. I have a problem with my worcester boiler. The EA message appears on the screen and the boiler stops working. I’ve figured out something that the boiler works fine on central heating and the flame goes on and runs good. When I put the hot water on it switches in EA mode, so after some messing about I realised the boiler will on stop on hot water when the actual outer casing is put back on. When I take it off or leave it loose it seems to be ok. It’s got something to do with the outer casing and hot water only. If you can help will be much appreciated. Cheers

Thanks buddy, I have recently moved in to a new property and found my Sanicondens pump has been wired incorrectly to the Worcester Greenstar, permanent feed with cut off wiring wrapped up and not used, I thought it would be connected that way but never used one before. Great explanation and video.

Well done. So many pumps are left flat out wasting so much energy due to lack of understanding and lack of system design. Combination boilers and lack of training did this! Just putting in a high kW combination boiler won’t give you a high flow rate at the taps if you haven’t sized the incoming main either. Do you research fellas. Install like professionals 👍

What I will say to all gas engineers is not to try and blame everyone else for your failures, what I mean is because your shit at your job, don’t put blame on others that previously attended a job that you were sent to and are now pissed off with because you have no idea how to fix, don’t blame the previous engineer because your a lazy bastard, get as much information and help as you can so that you can learn how to fix things instead of putting blame on others, thanks
