Hello m8t I wouldn’t have touched that first boiler until the tenant had made space for you 😖I hated that when I was on the tools just think if you would have had a leak and struggled to stop it due to the lack of space to work in 100% the owner would blame you …sign of the times my friend 👍👍👍
Yeah I know how you feel, you get to a job and no access, then they say the last engineer worked on it!..then you go down the route off explaining and customer doesn't care. Was there no sense in this customer at all didn't he move anything at all or was the conversation going to down the wrong route?
I tried to explain to the tenant but I was met with a blank look on her face so I just moved stuff out my way and got it done. Before I left I told her if she doesn't give proper access next time don't bother calling because her boiler's not gonna get fixed
