I found the electrical connections awkward. Once the cable was released from the clip there was enough slack to withdraw the pump to get at the filter in situ. Had vehicle from new and serviced it at 20,000 miles. Filter was clean. Could have done with about 10cm of length in the cable to make job easier. Had to jack up on stands to make getting underneath easier. Good instructional video. Thanks for sharing. Regards Stephen

We travelled with our own kettle as we were warned that some bus drivers use the kettle to boil their socks n underwear after a long drive. So we didn't want to take the risk! Disgusting!!

Maryport really is a beautiful place Roman Fort is really interesting I am a Cumbrian but would say the accent of Maryport is very distinctive and just sounds so nice.

I grew up on this campsite. It's changed alot. With the swimming pool and playground. The toilets and shower block were done up a long time ago , Into a timber structure. It looks lovely still. This is my second home. Absolutely amazing memories plastered on every step of this place. I spent time here from a toddler up until 2 years ago. I'm 37 now

What time did you see the northern lights on Fjellheisen?

I once worked there on a water pump project a mile or so from the nuclear plant where I was setting up some noise monitoring equipment. I found it a rather unique area and I also liked the bleakness. From such as empty area, there is lots of wildlife and it is a protected area. I didn't enjoy the 9 hour drive home to Lancashire!

We moved to Maryport 11 years ago and love it too. The more you look, the more there is to see. Our 100 year old Promenade is very popular with local walkers too and it's about to be improved, so we'll worth a return visit.

What lovely comments about my little town Maryport, Thank you so much, yes us Maryport folk are very friendly and love to chat, it's nice for us to find out where you are from and what brought you to our town, itvis a gem of a place and sunsets to die for, I do hope you come back again soon and see some of the improvements that are happening this Yr.

My wife and I stayed their for our very first experience in a hired motor home, we were blown away with the whole site, it was absolutely immaculate, we have bought a new caravan now and fully intend to go back, can’t wait and absolutely recommend.

Hi there I'm originally from Maryport now living in Workington every time I visit my family and friends in Maryport I love to cycle along Maryport promenade down on the seafront

We only live 12 miles away and Maryport and the Harbour Cafe, which is very dog friendly, are regular haunts for us and our dog. Cumbrian people are very friendly and I'm you enjoyed it. There's a beautiful coastline in Cumbria which sadly gets ignored in favour of the Lake District but if you want peace and quiet and unspoilt beaches then head to the coast.😊

Probably its ball bearing is failing. I'd buy a spare just eventually so that I don't end up without heating and hot water in the middle of nowhere :)
