the a.i. in this game is like jerry smith's simulation on 5%. you can run into a bunker unarmed and punch out everyone before they land a shot on you. seriously it takes them five good seconds just to turn around to aim at you. stay behind and punch.

I was baffled this ship don't have extra cargo space considering it's design...I felt i had been dealt the Eagle 5 from Space Balls, while my friend who bought a 45 bucks starter pack 6 months earlier got a cool looking fighter WITH extra storage space... oO...aaaanyway gron to like it and looking forward to some tips :D

I got a 100i. new to the game 4weeks in. it's been pretty good for starter. but I do like the drop down rear access and walk through to the pilot seat like the titan and pisces. haven't really got into combat yet just parcel deliveries. thanks for the info..

I always point to the C8X Pisces Expedition as my go-to starter. The price is hard to beat and for just getting around (including with two passengers) it's a fantastic little workhorse, especially for simple box running tasks. Who needs a bed for for short range operations anyway? 😄 The bonus value that you semi touched on and didn't quite latch onto fully is in the way small size allows it to be the little ship you can park inside your bigger ship. This is important. So many of the more frequently recommended starters run into the situation where they are great springboards to launch into the game with, but before long they get relegated and sidelined as we upgrade out of them. The Pisces, by contrast, has a broader capacity to gain a second life of sorts by being carried around and used as a shuttle from larger ships. This means we can sink our dollars into it and just leave spending there, and _still_ get a benefit from that pledge. Contrast that with a bigger, more capable, subjectively better 'springboard' that will probably end up spending more time in a station hangar eventually, and those dollars sunk into the venerable little Pisces can start looking like a smart spend. 😎

This vs avenger titan? Is the 5$ worth it

Excellent video. I was curious about which starter ship package to go with, and I'm now narrowing it down between the 100i and the Avenger Titan (I love the way the 100i looks but the Avenger Titan seems like the more practical purchase.)

Great video, after browsing for a couple of days this was the best video showing how to work problems, what buttons to press and an explanations showing how/when/where to use them. Almost all the other vids skipped the important stuff and left out the details. They were more of a overview of the equipment, not explaining how to use them as a new player would need to know.

Thank you for being the first person in a guide I've seen to say you can go in with your pistol and take enemies weapons as you go. Everyone guides folks to set up their gear and all that, and if you die you just lose it or have to push back to get it again.

I did some of the cave missions too they were horrible the npc dont even do anything they just stand there !! This "alpha" is so bad and going nowhere. Waste of people's money dude it's almost criminal.

I think that this is their game and it is trash. They say they are making a game and have showed us nothing. Dude I played this game all weekend coming back after 2 years nothing has really changed. Outside of stations and citys it's just barren landscape...nothing great to see. You die or blow up get stuck randomly. If they were making such a great game then why is the alpha nearly unplayable.

I think the currently closed Crusader HQ is where the ship shops will be.

Anybody else get excited about the pharmacy? I didn't expect it and thought it showed just how in depth they are getting.

I did miss the signs too at first, the business of the mall I thought was a lot too but I agree it's good to see them get to play with foliage.

What these mining tutorial video's don't tell you is that you have to be extreemly LUCKY to be able to find the right mines! I just spent 200K and 2 hours trying to find those f**ers. profit: 7K! I could have done Merc missions instead. Profit: 20K every 4min! So dont waste your money and time boys and girls!

I hardly ever sub off of just one video, but this one has been the best ROC guide that I’ve seen after watching about 20 others. I just wish I had seen it BEFORE I started ROC mining. After a day and a half, I feel like I’m just starting to get the hang of it and I’m 300-400k away from buying the Cutlass!

Stop supporting the game take a break.if a lot of players did this it might make cig think differently with 300mil in funding so far and growing they can do as they like.just My opinion 🤪

Totally agree - I haven't been playing that long and now that I have most of the ships I want and after Xeno I find myself not really knowing what to do?! I'm not ready to give up on the game because I was SO excited about it and when I first started it just seemed like the awesomest game in the world! But - I need a reason to do things other than making creds.
