Oh Mary. Where should I start. Regarding your video about Vestiaire then, I thought your experience was the result of poor customer service. I was so wrong and you are right. Having bought hundreds of items and sold more than 40 luxury bags/items, until this year, I was very happy with them. There were some problems but they solved them straight away and I had never found any trace of them trying to scam me, the opposite. This is now no longer the case. It is not their staff's fault, it is the company's. Their frequent mistakes are now always at the expense of the unsuspecting client and their way of resolving are thoroughly scam-like. After many unsolvable problems with buying and selling lately, constantly downgrading courrier services for orders of thousands of euros that took weeks (!!) to reach me, then I had to fight in such a shocking way to get my money back for a bag they messed up with in quality control. It helped that I contacted the French Ministry's bureau for consumers' rights. I don't know what led to the downfall of this company . But it is not my concern. Customers are treated as enemies and I don't owe them my hard-earned money.

I bought bag and paid autentification. Guess what? Post state package is delivered, Vestiaire says they did not receive and now VC open claim with postage. Now i will probably have to wait to get my money back because i guess they will never find package cuz it is stolen

Bought a Burberry jacket from someone on the platform. had it inspected and they concluded it to be authentic. After a quick inspection from myself it was blatantly a fake. I sent it back to Vestiaire for a 'recheck' and they once again concluded it is authentic and basically for a refund they were forcing me to sell a jacket which I KNOW to be fake, to someone else. Did a recharge via PayPal and got my money back. Vestiaire banned my account. I would advise to stay away from that platform.

hi Mary, It has happened to me to have bought an inauthentic Fendi tote. However since I have bought it on Ebay, I was able to get a return. These sellers really know how to hook us in. Oh well, I guess we learn.
