Nice video. A question. I don't watch TV in the seats and such a long trip without TV is very boring? I'm going to Honnolulu for 7 days. I don't see a TV in the back of the seats economy class. Can you please confirm that? Thanks.

Nice! Reminded me about my trip to Melbourne. Also with United, and also MEL to LAX, then transferring to JFK. It was back in 2012 and we were on B747. Plus we had a stop in Sydney to transfer to another United jumbo jet. Oh boy, that flight was so long, but I enjoyed every moment of it. Especially complementary sandwiches and wine available throughout the whole flight in the rear galley.

Sleeping during the flight or in the train was never possible for me even at night it's just too much noise.

Thank you, this video is really informative. I’ve booked the central of these exact same bulkhead seats for a flight from Heathrow to San Francisco next week. I’m travelling solo. There was no extra supplement and I thought the extra legroom would be handy but I’m a little nervous about having to use the overhead locker in case people are jostling for space, and I’m not a fan of constantly having to be up and down from the overhead locker. I’m also a little worried about whether being in the middle will feel as private and cosy in a bulkhead as it can when there’s a seat in front of you. I would never normally choose the middle seat as I need to use the toilet a lot but I’m hoping it’ll be easy to nip over my neighbour with so much space. Does the tray table and screen feel flimsy?

What is seat number? Pls

How was the storage for your bags? Was there room around the bulkhead?

cheap airline but worth what you paid for. If you want quality service than travel with qatar/Emirates airlines.. definitely shold pay higher ticket price

What time was the flight and What time did you land

I’ve only flown SAS one time - it was from LHR to connect with Thai airways in Oslo to Bangkok. I thought it was a bit quirky at the time that tea was free but there was a charge for water 😄 this was around 2015 or 2016 I’m guessing . Certainly nothing wrong with the service . Bit of a budget feeling like our domestic Southwest Airlines.

I believe the 175 and 195 have an 18” width and 32” pitch . Add in the fact there is no middle seat and they’re among the best out there.

I’ll be retiring next year and traveling will be a big part of it. I see you seem to be on Star alliance . Did you just lay out where you wanted to go and use a search engine to book multi city itineraries ? I’m looking to get gold first on Aegean and go from there . Any booking tips ?

I flew with Edelweiss twice in business class LPA-ZRH. The service was fantastic both times. Never had such an amazing service before with any other airline.
