Channel for History, Games, and Dumb Jokes! My primary focus is on Fate/Grand Order, by comparing servants to their historical/mythological sources, with other sorts of videos here and there when I have something extra to add. At the moment I'm a complete amateur when it comes to making videos and putting them on RUclips, but hopefully at least some of what I make is interesting to you! ^_^

How Accurate is FGO's Asclepius?
How well does Fate/Grand Order portray Asclepius, the Greek God of Medicine? How close is Asclepius' in-game version to his mythical counterpart? In this video we delve into his character design, in-game skills, and characterization in order to determine that, followed up by giving it a grade in terms of its historical accuracy. Was Asclepius truly a genius, somewhat mad doctor who hates gods and learned how to resurrect the dead? Find out here!

Tristan is honestly a Servant who would qualify for a lot of classes if F/GO followed the source. He owns (or maybe just borrowed from a fellow knight) a horse famed as one of the Three Lovers' Horses of Britain, which would make him a Rider. Welsh triads call him a bard and an enchanter, which would make him a Caster. His skill in jousting would qualify him for Lancer or Saber. He also has episodes when he's mad with love for Iseult, and at one point, he even disguised himself as a jester so he could approach Iseult when he was supposed to be exiled, which would qualify him to be a Berserker. In fact, Tristan's legend has more silliness to it than even F/GO shows. Every time King Mark looked away for five minutes he and Iseult would be all over each other, and they could literally compile a top 100 list of all the ways they tricked King Mark. Medieval writers took the angst of their illicit love very seriously, but they also created a bunch of overwrought situations for the lovers to get into. You mentioned how Tristan potentially originates from the 6th century. In fact, if you look into Welsh legends, almost every Arthurian knight, minus Arthur himself and later additions like Lancelot, has a historical or semi-historical basis set in the early or mid-6th century. Most of them were figures associated with famous historical kings such as Urien Rheged (Morgan Le Fae's husband), Rhydderch Hael (the guy who drove Merlin mad), Conomor (speculated to be Mark of Cornwall), and Maelgwn Gwynedd. Percival, for example, was one of Rhydderch Hael's vassals, while Sir Ector was the father and grandfather of several saints, most importantly St. David of Wales.
Here's a funny detail in that Split Skull CE. The skull lacks any teeth which adds to the disturbing factor.
Okay, so he Buster loops just like Mordred. Nice to have a new easy farming Archer. Picked him up during the New Year's rate up.
It is very interesting where the people that make Fate series combined all the known history of Mordred. Son of King Arthur and Morgana and was knight of the round table. I only knew of the version of where Mordred knew of their birth and that Morgana was helping them to become king and was a villain that destroyed everything Arthur built. But the people of the Fate series gave more interesting character version of Mordred. I still want them to put some where FGO where you can like help Artoria and Mordred relationship to become a true family relationship. I want that ending so bad for them. When I looked up the other versions of Mordred's legend. I was surprised where one of them it had Arthur and Mordred fighting side by side as allies instead of enemies. Then you get all the common ones where Mordred helps in destroying Camelot. One of those involving Mordred and Morgan, or her sister named Morgause, were lovers and not the child of Arthur and Morgana. If any one is interested. This a story, incomplete, where Mordred was taken from Morgana and raised in Camelot instead: www.fanfiction.net/s/12656389/1/Knight-of-the-Heart Then this one where of what would happen where it's a grander version of the Camelot singularity in Fate Grand Order, the last chapter is the my favorite after what Artoria and Mordred went through and rebuild their relationship: www.fanfiction.net/s/12656389/1/Knight-of-the-Heart
I feel he’d make a great berserker, in the same way Lancelot in fate zero was.
Why does everyone think Agravain is a Berserker?!? x_x
About the Craft Essence, I just finished Lostbelt 6 and the staff leaning on the Throne is probably a visual depiction of this description "All that remained was her mistletoe staff, resting upon the winter throne like a sword. ...Its purpose fulfilled" right after Castoria Exhausted herself using the Rhongomyniads I see this as the moment and location where the Faerie(s) of Paradise was ended
Wait a second I never noticed his Support NPC Versions kept changing classes. I looked at his class the first time and didn't think it would change until near the end
"How ACCURATE is Fate's Astofo Actually?" Why does it matter? I am cute af
I know this is an old video, but I couldn't help stumble upon it, and while I know that this is more of a headcanon based on a fanmade comic, I like to think that his seconds skill is meant to be like this: instead of 'corrupting' allied Servants into becoming Evil, he rather manipulates the perspective of their appearance towards their enemies, making them appear much more villanous
It's not too old! :o
the member of charlie's paladins I hope we get is Ogier the Dane
Ah, Asclepius... the only servant I could dare to use my grails and level beyond. If one day Hippocrates becomes a servant as well, then I'll have a total of 2 grailed servants. 😂
LET'S GOOOO
6:01 What the fuck, didn't something exactly like this happen with George Washington? Never gonna forget FGO implying that Washington wasn't a strong enough presence in history to fight against Cu Alter. Fucking 'Presi-King'...
I guess you can say it’s a shitty situation.

Happy New Years, got Romulus on my GSSR, once again the Suitcase Nuke evades me. Oh well, I have an excuse to use Boudica more.
Man, Galahad really ticks me off. I could understand if he dipped when he was first summoned- Summoning a Knight of the Round Table inside the body of a young girl basically grown to be a sacrifice was a stupid idea to begin with. Of course, he would fight back and refuse to help. Even Mordred, whose far more comfortable with committing heinous acts, wouldn't stand by this. But he sticks around to ensure Mash would live...but didn't give her any info to help her survive? Just left behind 'Lancelot was a shit dad' as if that would help anything? And then he doesn't even try to give an explanation to her? That's so damn wishy-washy. It's also kind of hard to sympathize with Galahad calling out Lancelot since he doesn't call out any other Knights, not even the Lion King for basically trampling on Arturia's ideals. Which implies his anger is SPECIFIC to Lancelot for being a bad dad. ... Because Lancelot was raped. Especially since Mordred, whose went through even worse shit with her family and isn't even HUMAN to begin with, is still trying to help. Jesus they really messed up writing him.
Happy new year I did the GSSR and got dupe Amakusa shirou, I honestly was trying for type earth but got him instead oh well I got gorgon at least
Happy New Year! U might want to check that mic tho.
