Please don't cover up the beautiful variegated, crocheted lace! 💕usa
I love how the Kantha stitch rows turned out. That little bit of puff between the rows looks lovely. The yellow and white daisies are very joyous - they’re so pretty. They work well with the smaller Suffolk puffs which look like a little spray of flowers. I’d love to see what you could make as a yo yo quilt. It would need a lot of yo yos! Could you use a second piece of the pink trim as a bookmark to keep the date handy? It looks like such a useful folder. It’s a very clever design. Wishing you and yours a happy New Year!
That washi tape idea is really handy. Does the tape leave any sticky residue? It does make the lines of stitching lovely and even. Once the calendar has been retired, the fabric case would be handy as a book protector. It’s something that can be added to and adapted in future too. Yup, there’s virtually no air con here in the uk, and some of the places that do have it rarely have it switched on - or don’t have a system that works well! 😂
Hi Christine👋🏻 want to wish you a very happy, healthy, and creative 2025🎉🎉🎉. Thanks for all of your generous sharing of talents and inspiration through this past year. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🎉🦋🌻
the cover is coming together beautifully. Being at Lillydale Lake, you were literally down the road from me.
Hi! Deborah here in Missouri, USA. I am so excited as I have tons of thread from a clothing manufacturing plant that has been closed decades ago and when they closed a friend of mine was able to get about 500 large cones of thread which she gave me over 300 and I have been using them for over 35 years, but now I am at the age where I would just like to make something fun and useful with the rest as the thread is getting old and probable shouldn't be used on anything that is expected to hold together, so am planning on spooling it off randomly and making some ort beads. Can't wait to see what my girls think of this, may get them involved in making some too. Thank you for sharing. Fun channel!!
لطفا اول الگوی این را توزیع دهید چطوری این الگو را بسازیم میشه یاد بدید من نتوانستم آنرا درست کنم

Have a wonderful New Year and um sorry but NZ has fireworks to see of the New Year before you, lol. It will be crazy here as people come over to see the last sun set they part and have fun then head over to the East Coast to see the sun rise on the first day of the year, is supper crazy and I will be snuggling as a bug in my house. Have a wonderful walk with Travis on New Year’s Day aww think I will take Cleo out as yes it will be very quiet. Thank you for the fun video and aww those lovely flowers on the front so pretty.

Thank you Christine and what a lovely idea. I am a knot for good luck girl myself and it does stand you in good stead. I do hope yourself,Alex and Lord T had a wonderful festive time in however you celebrated it. Have a Happy New year when it arrives and we shall see what 2025 brings us craft wise. Thank you for sharing so much with us this past year it has been a joy. Such an amazing community.
Thank you Carol - we had a lovely Christmas lunch with my parents, Alex’s parents and brother and sister in law. Ate far too much so didn’t eat for the next day 😂 I hope you enjoyed your day too. Lord Travers sends you an extra nose boop and tail wag. He definitely loves his pool. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
Thank you for your company and the resource of the planner Christine. Gosh that sounds so hot I am here in the UK with a heated blanket over myself while knitting, it would be nice if it was a little warmer but I know I could not cope with those temperatures. So glad Lord T has a pool, I would not expect anything else 😂
So funny Carol to think that we have such differences in temperature - knitting with a heated blanket sounds like the perfect plan for your weather. Thankfully yesterday and today are cooler so we’re enjoying the chance to take Travers for some outings. Cheers, Christine
As always an amazing haul, thank you for sharing Christine.
Thanks Carol - I was stunned to get all those beautiful for $20. Lots a lovelies to stitch with and share. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡

I'm so glad you liked the washi tape tip, it is such a handy little trick! 😊 And great to hear you use pillow cases too - they come in beautiful fabrics. Cheers, Christine
@createandcraftwithchristine yes they do and I just love finding them in the thrift shop because they're usually cheap.
@ you’re so right! A great thrifty resource. Hope you’re having a great day/evening xx
@createandcraftwithchristine just resting and elevating my legs, trying to get the swelling down some. But, I'm getting to watch crafty videos so I'd say it's a good night! Thanks, I hope the same for you.

Mine too! So I’m loving using the washi tape. Happy stitching 🤗 cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
Only now I found your channel. New suscriptor, what kind of fabric do you use for this project? I love it!
Welcome! Lovely to have you here. For the needle roll or huswif I used a linen table runner that I found in a thrift store or op shop. It’s good to use a fabric with some substance if you’re making a huswif of this size. Have fun stitching. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
Happy stitching ❤
Thank you! 😊 Hope you’re having a relaxing end to the year. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
What a lovely project Christine and the washi tape idea is genius. Such pretty fabric too 🌼🌺🌼🌺
Thanks so much Sally! 😊 I love how simple but effective the washi tape tip is and a great way to use designs of washi take you won’t use for anything else. Hope you’re having a relaxing end to the year. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡

I’m so glad I could help - happy stitching! 😊cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
Such lovely fabrics and great idea about calender
Thank you, I love bringing new life to beautiful old fabrics. Cheers, Christine
Great Idea, love it :D re the AC we have evap and when it's going to be HOT like we've been having we put ours on low usually about 8am and then turn it up as the day goes on. It's easier to keep it cool than to cool it down. We have evap so fortunately it's been dry but some of the humid days we've had lately it's been rather drippy 😄
I agree - keeping it cool is definitely easier than cooling it down! I much prefer the dry heat rather than when it’s humid! Cheers, Christine
Great idea, thank you Christine. Waving from a cooler Tas 😮
Thanks so much! I love Tassie, it's such a beautiful part of the world 😊 we enjoyed the cooler day yesterday and today also. Hope you’re having a relaxing end to the year. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡

I just happened on to your channel and am loving it, very inspirational!! As far as mean comments go, mean people have small minds and I doubt there is any room for creativity, you definitely do not have that problem. Keep going and never mind the naughty people, they are their own problem. Thanks for sharing, love the butterfly!!
Thanks so much - I appreciate your kind words and support.
