Enjoyable to watch, as always. At first i thought that I definitely have less of a backlog, but when I came to think about it, I wasnt sure. I sure can relate to the crushing feeling when you begin to realise just how much stuff you've got.

I've managed to offload a lot over the years but now i paint WS successors with my son I'm right back in it, just focused on soace marines this time. No dark eldar. No old world. No necromunda. The pile of shame isn't too bad - but we do need some more tanks and lots of outriders to satisfy my thirst for plastic!

@15:50 - I hate to do this to you, but I'm pretty sure it was FOURTEEN Blood Angels upgrade sprues, not TEN. He counted out the first 4 and put them in the box and then counted out the next 10 and you only marked those ten down, it looks like? ... I have gotten used to asking rules questions and pointing out what I think are mistakes on 40k GAMEPLAY videos, but didn't expect to hit one on ... this.

I can relate to this with crates all over my house full of minis and old armies I want to repaint. I honestly think I’d have more than this.. I will add that it’s been collected mainly over 20 years on and off though. 😊

I'm lucky that my pile of "shame" is relatively small. My problem is that I generally complete all my projects fast so I'm always doing another. Started playing about 1 year ago and already have 6 armies and 2 spearheads.

Im glad I was forced to stop impulse buying by my GF lol. She grew annoyed of my backlog taking up so much storage space, and thats not including our lego backlog, my gunpla/scale model backlog, or any of the other skirimish game backlogs. Unless its a limited run item like the holiday boxes or commemorative minis, Im not allowed to buy more kits and I still need to run those by her too haha. Now, I only get kits for my birthday or Christmas, which has been completely fine. I just give her a list and she buys what she wants. This was a bit sad to see and I hope you seek help lol. Definitely could sell off a lot of this, or its time to do a lot more challenge videos. Maybe start a backlog challenge

Wow. This makes me feel so much better about my backlog. Very impressive.

I have one small tubs that are full. One has miscellaneous proxy guard bits. The other is filled with Space Marine bits. I did have to start storing other Space Marine bits in a drawer because they didn't fit in the storage box. My "pile of shame" is very meek in comparison to that of what others have.

I sold just shy of 300 Ork models this week, this has only further confirmed it was the right decision 😅
