Hey man when did your light sensitivity and weird sun dpdr go away I have that also. You said you were 4.5 years off and you hadn’t had nerve pain in around a year. So that’s 3.5 years did the weird cogfog and dpdr leave around that time also? 3.5 years for everything to fully lift?

I went through this but not as severe and healed but 3 years off everything I had a set back that made me feel like I just took a benzo again

I can’t even play video games or watch movies. I miss that so much. My head pressure is so intense. So much fear and anxiety, extreme Dp/DR I have a lot more symptoms but it’s a long list of side effects

Week 13, tapered off for 5 weeks after 4mgs Xanax, getting better,bad days and better days, there is no limit to symptoms coming off Xanax,and yes just assume anything from tooth infection to numbness, loss of balance. Etc

I think we got messed up from antibiotics more than the Ativan 😢

They have no clue. I'm 3 decades prescribed. I tried twice. To end up in the hospital. I made it 9 days then psychosis kicked in I was hearing voices I went to the er my girlfriend told them I went off my meds he shot me up with halidol. Which made the psychosis even worse 7 days insomnia this was on Friday. Sunday night that Dr gave me 2 .05 mg Xanax 45 mins later came out of everything except the halidol. I ate a large pizza since I stopped eating at day 4 stopped drinking fluids at day 5. 9th day hospital. 12th day after getting medication and eating. I was getting fluids from the IV. I fell asleep almost directly after eating Sunday evening. Woke up Tuesday morning and didn't have a clue where I was. Went out of the room I was in a mental institution. I was normal feeling after the nurse gave me 2 kyldipin except I was trying to swallow my tounge from the halidol. It went away after 3 days went back to a regular dose of 3 1mg Xanax used to taking 4. I could still feel like I was withdrawaling from the 1mg taper. Now it's been 20 plus years on the same dose so finally got used to the 3 aday for 3 years. Then the Dr retired on me. 1st visit same place 3mg a day cut to .05 once a day. Fired him. And went through hell and dr after Dr to come to find out there are laws that protect us from this do the research take it to your Dr and I'm right back where I was 18 months ago. I broke my back and was on oxycodone 30mg 4 times a day. For 5 years quit them cold turkey didn't even know what a Suboxone was. I'm no pussy. This medicine is dangerous but for some of us it's needed to keep everyone safe!

I hope you still check on this account. I’m currently 3 years clean and doing pretty good but I still have residual symptoms that I think like you in your previous video are related to Sibo/candida. How were you able to address that?.

Hey six, I know this an old post and you probably won’t see this but I have watched all of your videos. I am so glad you have got to a point where you can enjoy life again. I am now 21 months off a short term Xanax script. I only took this crap for 2 months and I still have major sleep issues. Major head pressure, and muscle/nerve symptoms. Some are finally starting to fade. Anyway just wanted to say thanks for documenting your journey. I hope I can make it to the other side as well.

I’m 29 and I went off benzos about 3.5 years ago. I still have weird head sensations on the right side of my head & super mild derealization. I’m really looking forward to these symptoms fading.

How this came up on my feed this much later reminded me to thank you for these videos. I too went through this in late 2019 I only used ati for 43 days. And I had all and every symptom I felt like I would loose this battle and I came through it took me about 2 years than I caught covid and possibly I think it brought some stuff back which was really strange. 2 years of Valium. You have helped me so much! I have the same experience with doctors who don't even acknowledge Benzo PWS(Post Withdrawal Syndrom). You describe the Withdrawal so dedailed and it's so relatable. To anyone who struggle please have patience. This takes time. Cardio Exercise is good for GABA receptors. I have been walking almost everyday and occasionaly been running. Exercise is key!

I need you to help me, I have been free of Klonopin for 11 months after taking it for 3 and a half years, my last dose was 2 mg, I reduced in only 5 days. It is very difficult for me to leave my house due to agoraphobia and paranoia, I think that all the people are looking at me, sometimes I get distracted by playing a soccer game on the computer but I play little because it gives me more anxiety and my hands shake. ¿Can paranoia take that long to wear off? Sometimes I lose hope and think I'm going to be paranoid for the rest of my life.

I got cold turkeyed 6 months ago after taking 1mg 3 years 11/2 mg 3 years then 3mg 3 years of klonopin. Im still suffering. But i dont have akthsethia i can sleep good, no pain. Just debiliating anxiety brain fog depression an constant dizziness an lightheadness. Is it a good sighn i dont have the other bad symptoms many others have? Someone please respond.

So much of it is mental. You helped me tremendously the first couple of years that I was going through cold turkey withdrawal from Xanax, but I too had to get it all out of my life. Quit watching your videos and got out of all the groups and I quit googling and searching for answers. I now take nothing for anxiety and am dealing with it better than I ever have in my life. Six my endoscopy and colonoscopy and biopsy came normal I still get all the symptoms you get where ur results negative ? And can histamine cause many symptoms? Do u ever get fast heart rates? Am down to 3 year next week please reach out hope u are well
