@@leecampbell742 it was absolute hell for the first 6 mths..worst experience of my life....slowly started seeing improvement around that time. Now at almost 12 mths off I'm having waves still but they're easier to deal with and I'm having days where I feel 100% healed. Strange, but final? bad waves seems to happen to some right before finally getting better. Took 2.5 Xanax for only 6 weeks, but cold-turkeyed. Congratulations on "feeling great"! I hope it continues for you! I am 3 months off a 5 month taper from Ativan that I took for 11 months. In 2017, I spontaneously developed anxiety and insomnia from a neck injury. I was polydrugged with 10 different drug trials, but I took the time to taper the Ativan. Insomnia is my worst symptom. If I could sleep, I know I would be doing a lot better. Praying to God that he heals me as I have an 11 year old son and it's killing me to not be a happy, healthy Mom for him the past 2 years.

Congrats brother keep on keeping on.. i was addicted to alcohol cocaine and Xanax for 5 years after the army.. I wasn’t expecting to stop the only way I stopped was going through probation for my 2nd dwi.. I was evicted from my Apartment from a fight.. somebody stealing my truck and all my shit cuz I was too drunk to remember.. now I’ve been clean for 2 months and still having withdrawals from idk which drug but your videos make me believe it’s the Xanax... been to the ER 4 times last year because of overdosing... my number one drug was alcohol then 2nd was cocaine to drive and drink more and the 3rd was Xanax to not feel like shit the next day... I’m a 100% disabled veteran for my ptsd.. after court last year around September my doctor gave me klonopin for everything to stop and he slowly tapered me off.. I still get anxious and shit.. horrible nightmares blah blah blah.. all in all thank you for the videos and it’s just badass to see that you’re feeling better.. I’ll get there

Glad you're doing well. Yes, when I eat "clean" I'm much better and my symptoms are less severe. I'm "whole food plant based" but in December I ate a ton of vegan junk food. The junk is gone today and I'm back to eating clean. 87 weeks off Klonopin, 52 weeks off Topamax and 11 weeks off Effexor XR. I walk 4 miles each day (1 hour) and bought an adult tricycle (my balance is still off) to get out more in the afternoon. Still cannot drive. I was able to go walking without headphones in December!!! This was a huge win for me as I've had sound and light sensitivities since I came off Klonopin. I've not been depressed this journey, but felt angry because if these drugs affected me this much while tapering, how did they do ANY good? I'm looking forward to healing more and feeling better.

And I don’t even mean you specifically but in general? I don’t know when I should stop thinking “It’s just a wave it’s ok”.
