I bought these headlights for my 2003 ranger how did you install them because my turn signal connector is different from the one that comes with the headlights? Did you have this problem too?

I've been digging through some over your videos. Maybe I missed it, but how'd the supercharger affect the gas mileage? Did you see a change from stock to the 3.5 to the 5.5 psi pulley? Appreciate all the info in your videos. Now we just need to add some portal gears.

So much anxiety about the plastic around those timing chains. The timing chain tensioner. So yea. $800 on FB mp. ~ 01~ XLT 4.0 with 130k, New Exhaust, New startermotor, New Lower Control Arms/ball joints, Brake Calipers etc. Some welding on the frame, rebuilt/refurbished bed. That plastic thermostat housing etc. I HOPE to drive it for a while. Runs Great. So far so good. But this. What the heck are you doing? Wow. If the engine runs OK ~ couldn't that be considered good enough? Oh yea. Autozone allowed me to poke around to find a new radiator hose. Geeze Louise. Wow. Poor engine. Too much. Just too much i tell ya. 😩

Without the air charge being forced THRU the IC core, how do you expect it to cool the air charge? The majority of the air would take the path of least resistance which is around the sided and air gaps in the core and intake manifold. I guess a portion of the hot air might get cooled but 36* is not much to be happy about. Too bad they didn't offer a core that sandwiches in between the lower intake and upper intake.

Running the 9" rear, what did you do for the tone ring and speed sensor from the 8.8 and how did you make the electronics happy? Also, what is the part number for the steering column gauge pod?

This guy went WAY over the top- The average guy doing this to his truck has a truck that will get used and abused. Prep for all the vehicles (8 to date) is scuff or sand, clean with Simple Green solution and the most difficult is the masking and plastic wrapping all areas not to be sprayed. Acetone wipe down prior to spraying....Prep is your friend. That being said, no need to remove all weather stripping, doing inside door jams, and trim... Just go for it !

Thank you for all the advice father. I'm 34 and just completed my vehicle using a dark gun metal silver grey and it looks like molten lava rock OR SHARK SKIN. Used my month vacation to do the work and got a new COVID strain right in the middle of sanding but I sanded it sick every evening. I love this Raptor liner. My complaint is that after I poured 8oz of hardener there was literally no space in the bottle for 4oz of paint so I only used 5 oz of hardener to begin with and after used the empty bottle to half out the rest of bottles to get in the 8oz hardener and 4 oz paint tint. UPOL disappointed me on that. At first the paint didnt dilute and stretch and looked really dark...........almost black but the correction using other bottles made it lighter and perfect. Used UPOL ACID 8 fot metal spots and Duplicolor plastic adhesion promoter for the plastic bumpers and side skirts. You have the best RAPTOR GUIDE. #1. God bless you and your family. December 2024.

Im also about to do the whole twin stick swap in my truck. I got all the guts from a fx4 level 2 from 03 going into my 03 fx4 Then eventually the supercharger. Your videos are awesome keep up the great content

my transmission just went out again and i got it rebuilt about 2 months ago, it’s covered under warranty although ever since putting the transmission in it felt like it never even got rebuilt, my plan is to warranty it and sell it for money for a manual swap. i’m unsure if it will be worth it and if a junkyard trans is a good idea. it did run and drive (the trans i plan on taking). i just can’t see why the transmission would all of a sudden work after it happened the first time. i think it could be the shift points in the computer. does anyone have any insight on this? wold appreciate it greatly

Question as far as prep work. Im going to do this to a all black Hummer. The clear coat is flaking. Do i need to get all the clear coat off? And for the bondo repair spot i use the acid primer correct?

My slider is leaking also. 1. The interior push pins are almost impossible to find. Anyone know where these can be had (dealership aside), please let me know. 2. There are differences in the bolt quantity. Make note before ordering a replacement. 3. Start and end the butyl tape at the bottom center of the window.

Yeah, I echo your penchant for the dielectric grease. I am a huge fan of it on literally every connection, enclosed or exposed to the elements. Makes any subsequent removal much easier plus the added anti-corrosion benefit. Nice lights. Makes the Ranger look modern.
