Rusted Hitch Removal | Range Rover Classic - EP 30
How to remove a stuck hitch. Rust welded hitch removal.
I've been cracking my shin on this hitch for as long as I can remember owning the Rover. I would have taken it off sooner had it not been rust welded on the inside. Considering it took me nearly 3 hours to completely remove maybe you'll enjoy watching only 11 minutes of shear torment.

just an adapter to switch to r134? so, does it work, after all? I've read that R134 molecules are much smaller compared to those of the original refrigerant. So, you have to replace all the o-rings (including those on the radiators), or the leaks are unavoidable. Besides, you have to flush the system to remove old oil (which is incompatible with I don't know what)

    • @WorkingAxle

It is super bad letting AC Freon out into the atmosphere like that. Also the is bad information. This is a pressure system and the contents can be very dangerous for someone who watched this and want to just go unhook their system at home. These systems must be evacuated and contained before any service is done.

Hey Henrik, thanks for the praise 🙏🏻 I searched sanden 709 for a compatible part on Amazon. If you still have the ac lines, I’m sure you can fit one based on those connections. Sean, thanks for the video - The SEO works well on your channel too. I'm going to take care of a rear left on my '93 with a Congleton replacement. FWIW, the Congleton handle is not precisely the same as the original. The radii at the corner curves are smaller and the handle face lacks the subtle outward convexity of the original. A small bit of filing can mitigate the difference!
