Love your channel Sam.You are an amazing woman and farmer and Oliver should be a lot more appreciative of you.When things don’t go to plan as they often don’t in farming there’s no place for verbal abuse.This vlog has left me quite angry and would love to see Oliver cope on his own. He wouldn’t get time to go to bed at night.A few kind words are very important during the tough times.

have you tried making a route on google maps for the field, get Oliver to draw it in and see if it helps keep you free. mind you its 10 am sunday morning you may be getting a tow as i type this ha ha sorry. Dont forget it is what it is, and you have to be happy being miserable

girl, give yourself some grace. its not your fault when things go wrong. its called life. i think if Oliver showed you a little more appreciation that would help. but we only see a small bit of your day, so hopefully he is better off camera. You are a treasure that should be appreciated for all that you do for your family

Bulls assuming they’re 12 months old £1380

Hi Sam, looking at the cattle, you have one great long black bull, and the black whitehead might not be too bad either. The rest look short and stuffy. The little hairy lad might make a nice bullock to sell in the mart. It seems to be a thing for sucklers to go with a Limousine, but I find they tend to be short, narrow on the back, and lack conformation. It's very hard to beat the Charolais for confirmation and consistency in your calves, provided your cows are right. I know there may be a little more work with calving, but you'll be rewarded for that when it comes to selling them. I've been buying cattle for many years with my father and time and time again, nothing beats the Charolais when they go to the factory. I've been really enjoying the videos with yourself, Oliver, and the kids since I heard you on the Fed by Farmer's podcast. Keep up the good work 😊

Appreciated the crossbreed lesson swaledale/texel/beltex values and hay feeder comparison. Too bad no trees, a come-along would help move stuck equipment w/o Oliver's help. He's such a d* - discourages you asking for help or instruction, esp in front of the children. Is he that threatened? Love your positive outlook & water off a duck's back.

Hi the last few weeks store cattle have been off the scale in local sales round me those bulls could still realise 1200 each where there are special bull sales with enough bulls to get the right buyers

Couple of red plain ones 800ish but there's one nice blacken 1000 rest inbetween I wreckon

It's frustrating getting stuck but from what I've seen off you you won't give up and you'll find a way to work it out keep the bright side out cattle are a good trade over here at the present time hard to judge on the phone but there a couple of the black limision bulls would be 1400 to 1500 in my opinion if you picked 4 or so of your best and maybe let the others lay on for another while

Hold onto those bulls as long as you can prices are increasing every week,sellers market
