Although a gite would provide income to help pay the mortgage, this house is also well set up for a large or multigenerational family. The older members could have their own private quarters, and the small top floor rooms would be ideal for the younger kids.

Although there are renovations to complete, if one ignores the clutter the house has a functional layout. I was surprised to see that the master bedroom has an ensuite! There's enough land to insure privacy, and the outbuildings could be useful.

I've heard it said that the entryway of a house sets the theme for the rest of the house but not in this case. I was very pleasantly surprised to see just how nice this farmhouse is. The rooms are all spacious and light and the bathrooms look new and are clean. Sure there's some clutter but so what. Very beautiful farmhouse with a really nice setting. Lots to love here.

If I were the vendor of this property, I would not be happy with the way my house was presented, @ 0:16 the downstairs bathroom was barely shown in its entirety!! all that spinning and blurring and the speed it was filmed, taking into consideration and time spent on all the other properties represented by your agency today, this one is a disaster. I could feel a migraine coming on after the first thirty seconds. Whether the property costs 20,000 or 350,000 an agency has a responsibility to show off the full potential regardless of it being in need of a full renovation or restoration/decoration as is in this case. Sadly disappointing.😥😥

A wonderful property - delightful family friendly feeling & lots of space. Love it ! Could move right in & be happy ! Just that one upper level open plan bathroom would have to change, but that's just a personal preference thing ! I guess the British cushion tells us who owns it ?

Very interested…. It would’ve been nice to hear more details about the barn… it’s size, potential, what the owners have used it for, etc- & what trees were planted in the garden (all I heard was incessant typing during this part of the tour).

Very nice, only downside is all the radiators leaves furniture placement problematic. Also prefer a range in island, not a sink. Lots of counter space, nice to see a dishwasher and dryer.
