@andied2510 Notaire's fees are standard and the buyer always pays those and the agency fees. You can see how these are calculated on our website. The cost of housing including all the fees is significantly less than a lot of countries.

There are two empty properties used for storage. There are no neighbours.

It depends on the finish, and the location. You can still find cheaper properties but this one you can move into straight away.
