Agree the place was not neat, not clean, but the quik turns made my head spin. Whats under the blue tarps in back of house, no explanation. A real mess for new owner unless u can get sellers to clean up. Hope price is negotiable.

If I were the vendor of this property, I would not be happy with the way my house was presented, @ 0:16 the downstairs bathroom was barely shown in its entirety!! all that spinning and blurring and the speed it was filmed, taking into consideration and time spent on all the other properties represented by your agency today, this one is a disaster. I could feel a migraine coming on after the first thirty seconds. Whether the property costs 20,000 or 350,000 an agency has a responsibility to show off the full potential regardless of it being in need of a full renovation or restoration/decoration as is in this case. Sadly disappointing.😥😥

I can’t blame whoever did this video for the speed of it, the house was a mess, a shambles with no preparation by the owners, it looked like it had been taken over by migrants 😮
