It's an attractive lot, with plenty of open space as well as many mature trees and shrubs. The outbuildings could be useful. The house has character with antique features, and the layout is functional. The largest bedroom has only two small windows, but that is common in many older stone houses. The place appears to be in move-in condition.

Very sweet home, love the land. Think this would make a nice home for a family to get away from it all and just enjoy "home" Ther is always a little more of course to do so good to add a litle more to price when getting loan. Then you know you can probably be safe. Very nice!

Listen to the commentary when she reaches the loft, material containing asbestos cannot be disposed of in the local tip. You will need to take it to a specialist 'Centre de stockage pour déchets dangereux' and will probably have to pay a fee to have it destroyed properly.

Same in US , either you leave it place and cover it or professional asbestos removal company must remove it , stamp to prove it was removed then new roof can be added
