Wasn’t excited at the beginning given the price but this is actually a very good value if you don’t mind a bit of painting and wallpaper removal. That loft space is ready to go and the barn is in great nic. 👍🏻

Lots of potential. Regarding the ticking sound and excessive road noise that spoils your audio, is there any reason why you can't do live voice recordings when you're filming the properties? That would give a true impression of the environment of the house. Doing voice overs later from an unconnected noisy location is very detrimental. It's also much better to hear the natural sound when in the gardens.

Unfortunately that is not possible because the video is made in parts then joined together, also the Vendors are often with me and are talking !
