What huge potential for someone with the energy to attack it! When I was younger I would have happily taken this wonderful project on. You can see how it all went downhill as the owners got old & could not look after it any more. Very sad! Just waiting for it's new young owner!

I just think that’s an amazing value with tons of character. The kitchen floor looks must better in the listing picks. I would insist they throw in the fancy car parked out front. It’s not purple so it should not have any sentimental value to anyone. 🤷♂ Question, if a well is on the property but the water is now on mains, can you go back and hook the well back up for another water source?
I think study, art studio, sewing room on that attic level?

So very quaint and really a home atmosphere for sure. The grandparents home mut hve been so very nice for them in its time. Could be truly fixed up again and insuralted some and made into a smaller home once more. But yet it has so many quirky areas that can be explotred and fixed anyway one would wish including the guest bedroom that was used on occassion.
Really do like it , and the land with so many buildings and can only dream of all one could do with them! Am sure this made a lovely home for this family for such a long time with so many wonderful memories as well. Waiting now for the right people to begin some more! TY Suzanne!
