Agree - a great bargain for so much house & garden ! A lovely family home, just a few personal tweaks needed as usual, but move-in-ready I would say ! I would paint the house & that strange metal siding at the end all the same color to tie in the walls together, and a new better roof would be nice ! Love the potential here !

Great value here. Big house with lots of beds n baths. Some beds are smallish, but acceptable. Really nice kitchens. Nice yard with room for a pool and with fencing: veggies n dogs. 1 side of roof looks older, but not too bad. Well priced !!

Although a gite would provide income to help pay the mortgage, this house is also well set up for a large or multigenerational family. The older members could have their own private quarters, and the small top floor rooms would be ideal for the younger kids.
