Exactly - they were obviously trying to fix the house without fixing the main problem first ! Ran out of money no doubt ! Loads of potential for the next person with the energy to take it on ! Needs lots of imagination else it would quickly become too much to handle !
Definitely Job Number ONE !!! A good example of what this kind of rehab costs you - it's those big things that make it often just too much - we can all do drywall & painting etc.

It would have been a really nice house in it's time, unfortunately it's been left to decay and the asking price is touch to high considering the amount of work needed to restore it to it's former glory.
